You can get ice cream anywhere, but you MUST TRY THE PIE!! Small space, expect to wait but it is super yummy. Price is what you typically pay anywhere else, good sized piece. ☆☆☆☆☆

This is THE best place in town. Not only do they have fresh baked pies, with delicious ice cream, a great outside or inside eating area - they also have a small restaurant in the back for sandwiches, burgers or a delicious Chicken pot pie. This is a very busy spot in town - a must go!

I can't review the food because I never got to order. After a trip to Jewel Cave, we stopped here to have some pie with ice cream and coffee. Both of us wanted to sit and have coffee so we asked for a table. We were seated and we waited for our waitress to come take our order, which took... More

This place never disappoints. The homemade pies are the best. I especially like the rhubarb pie with some ice cream. They have menu with sandwiches.

We stopped in to grab a nice lunch while in the Custer, SD area after touring Jewel Cave. The pie shop has a very nice lunch menu, nice staff and is great value. We chose the Turkey Panini and thought it was excellent. Other diners were choosing the chicken salad and said it too was excellent. The treat is the... More

We had lunch on a weekday. The place is clean and we were seated promptly. Once the restaurant started to fill up, though, service could not keep up. We waited a very long time for our ice cream and check. Water glasses were not refilled, even after a request was made. The pulled pork sandwich was good, if a little... More

Wonderful place to eat and the pie and ice cream come in large portions. Parking is a bit of a problem

We were in Custer at about 9:30 in the morning before they opened at 11 so we did other sightseeing and returned in the afternoon for pie only. My wife had the cream pie of the day (Coconut that day) and I had the blackberry. The cream pie was wonderful and the berry was good, but not great, hence the... More

Friendly , happy and helpful staff. Rhubarb pie was amazing with a nice crust, served with ice cream and coffee. Also had the peanut butter pie, came with whip cream and drizzle chocolate , Carmel and nuts. Nice afternoon snack after visiting 1880 courthouse. Only thing at al was "pink" only for coffee no Splenda(yellow) or equal (blue) and yes... More
