We stopped in for dinner one night to check out the rays. Its fun to see the snorkel boats bobbing in the water with the lighted surfboards waiting for rays. The hotel also shines bright lights into the water. Unfortunately, we only saw one dark...More

We have eaten here before and it has been great but this time, not so. Our meals were pretty average and our son’s meal was awful. We ordered pasta for him as he loves pasta but he wouldn’t eat it. I tried and spat it...More

This is a great more expensive location for a sunset view dinner. Menu choices were nicely mixed, and all of our food was well prepared. Friendly service, good cocktails, and if you're lucky you'll get to see a Manta Ray or two when they turn...More

We were told about this place from a friend at home and couldn't wait to eat here. But after reading these reviews I was nervous because I am a foodie and expensive sub-standard restaurants just really make me irritated. But I have NO IDEA what...More

First, I did not research, so this is partially my fault. We were staying close to the Sheraton and decided to do a quick walk over to Rays on the Bay for breakfast one day. As we arrived, we were told the breakfast is only...More

This was a stereotypical tourist-type experience, poor service and disappointing food for WAY above average prices. It started when we got seated and was left with 1 menu for our party of 4. It took several minutes to get a server and more menus and...More

The food was decent, and the location is lovely. If you're seated outside near the ocean, you can see the boats that are putting on manta ray night snorkel/scuba adventures, which was cool to watch. The service is where this place really lacked. It took...More

Have not been to Ray's on the Bay for 2 years based on prior poor dinner service and sending my meal back twice. Recently remodeled, we gave it a try on 9/24/17. Never again! We had reservations and were sat at a nice water side...More

We ate at the bar and paid $14 for a Mai Tai which really sucked and was the worst tasting drink. They used to turn on three big spotlights to attract the manta rays, but on this trip, they only used one light which didn't...More

The four of us were seated as requested by the rail. The service was excellent, however, the peppered scallops dish was so spicy hot I could not eat it. The menu didn't specify the heat grade. The waitress had it remade minus the pepper heat....More

Aloha, Manta rays can frequently be seen at Rays on the Bay. However, it is a natural environment so we can't guarantee sightings. I've personally seen about five gathered in one night! Visit our Manta Learning Center to... More
