Together with a good friend of mine who lives in Tallinn we visited this beautiful small restaurant. The location is just perfect. Although the weather was very bad, while dining the sight outside towards the sea is perfect. But the best part is the food! Wow, i liked everything we had and would love to try everything that's on the... More

The place has a beautiful view, the beach the ocean the coast line etc which is nice. But the restaurant staff was slow and unattentive, we did not even order any food, just coffee and dessert, and sadly not even the coffee was good, so we did enjoy the view, nothing else.

I had really been looking forward to visiting this restaurant. So after a nice day with the family on the water, we stopped for lunch. We sat outside and were treated with a great view of the water under beautiful Estonian summertime weather. Unfortunately, the food and service didn't live up to the setting -- which is strange for Estonia... More

Fantastic food and a nice terrace with wind cover just by the sea! Tuna fillet was the best I've ever had. PAAT is a hidden gem and it really pays off to drive there! 2 adults and 3 kids ate here with 70€

Dinner of seven people. When portions arrived, one was poorly made (chiken was raw!) When returned to the kitchen , no appologies. The returned portion was replaced long after rest of the company had finished, then with appologies, but incomplete and again poorly made . It is a pity, since other portions were quite nice. The experience was ruined. Cannot... More

Unfortunately I visited this restaurant on a wet cold summer night so sitting outside was not an option. On a sunny day the location would be lovely. I had the pike-perch and it was delicious. The wine list was modest but adequate. The service was attentive . I would give this place 3.5 stars. Would be happy to return on... More

If You are in Viimsi then very good location next to the beach front. Very good and tasty menu. We had burger & salmon and both came very good tasting. Value for money.

Went to Paat. No service after 30 min just sitting in the table. The table was dirty. The servants didn't show any interest of serving our table. The servants outfits were not appropiate.

We had reserved a table for 10 and when arriving to the place we were shown to the table which was not cleaned up! Dirty dishes and glasses from previous customers still on the table and the waiter did do nothing to start cleaning the table immediately. He did not even ask us to wait until the table is cleaned.... More

Description
The guests can enjoy the view of the sea from a cosy 80-seat pub on the first floor or from a 40-seat restaurant on the second floor, plus in summer from the restaurant terrace, the pub terrace and a truly unique Beach Terrace reaching to the very edge of the water with 170 seats in total. Menus of the whole house pay great attention to local fish, and there is always a place for smoked plaice, straight from the oven!
