We were taken here by friends and had amazing experience. Everything from appetizers to want to entrees to the dessert was first class. I had a very simple pasta with garlic and sage and my husband enjoyed the lasagna. I also had a side order of beets and asparagus both of which were great. The table enjoyed sharing desserts among... I like Tom Douglas restaurants. Tom has deep flavors and thoughtful accouterments, Today I had the risotto special (the Tuesday luuch special). Great depth of flavor, intriguing use of a chorizo oil to deepen the taste. The green beens tasted over ripe (read "tough") and undercooked. I also found the portion size to be shrinking. I have eaten at upcoming... More

Decent food and service spoiled by a sports bar ambience, yelling and pounding on the bar by the staff and other patrons on the bar over a TV game. Avoid if you want a guaranteed nice dinner devoid of idiots.

So I visited Cuoco with my sister's family and my cousin as an early BD dinner for my sister to Cuoco and it was surprisingly good. The alcoholic mixed drinks were good as well. Of course the pastas are the focal point as this is an Italian restaurant :) Overall it is an unpretentious place for gatherings of friends or... More

I come in after work occasionally to get some pasta, good Italian wine, and a little quiet. The staff is always attentive, the pasta is top notch, and the menu is ever changing. The location isn't great (on the Amazon campus), so the area is a bit of a ghost town after six... If you're a negroni fan, they have... More

My wife and I arrive at the restaurant for our 8:30 reservation. Once we're seated, we look over the drink menu in anticipation of a well deserved relaxing dinner. When we order our drinks, the restaurant is out of the vodka for the first drink I order. We reorder and wait. While waiting, we discuss appetizers, wine, and dinner. The... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the food, which is generic Italian with a Pacific Northwest slant. Fresh, well prepared, beautiful plating. Risotto excellent. European-sized portions. The service was slow and not super friendly. Prices a bit high for what you get. Food is a 4.

First - let me say the only positive thing about this experience - the food was good. We arrived early on a Saturday night to a restaurant that was less than 1/4 filled. We were told the only tables available were outside as we didn't have a reservation. The hostess, who was wearing jeans and didn't seem to pay much... More

First off I want to call out Rod who was our server, who had to put up with a large party of us, all very noisy and demanding. Rod was star, really made our evening go smoothly, so thank you to him. Food here is brilliant, all freshly cooked and the attention to detail is really there. The wine selection... More

"Cuoco" is the Italian word for "cook," and the inspiration for showing off our chefs in an open kitchen. The pasta work station is framed in crisp white tile and surrounded by warm gold and red walls. In addition to the featured fresh pastas, there are savory vegetables and other hearty entrees, created by our newest chef, Stuart Lane. Several private dining options will be available to accommodate 12-25 guests.
