The food was good, the staff was nice, but a little disorganized. The atmosphere was nice. You could go here for a business dinner or a date night.

I unexpectedly found myself in downtown Seattle for work on a slow Monday night. My minister in New York moved to Seattle 8 months ago and he was able to join me for dinner. I wanted to take him somewhere special, so we could have a very nice one on one evening together. So, I began searching through TripAdviser in... More

No trip to downtown Seattle is complete until I get to go to the Brooklyn. The happy hour is amazing, numerous times we meet friends there while visiting. Great selection of local oysters with daily menu changing. can't beat it.

We visited Seattle on a snowy cold weekend, and discovered that many restaurants in town have not mastered winter heating. We had drafts, cold temperatures, nippy seats...until Brookyln. We planned to snack just at the bar, and wound up staying for dinner because it was by far the coziest place in town. Crowded and warm, with a great menu, wonderful... More

While it is pricey, the steaks are excellent. The atmosphere was good as well. They have an interesting set up with captain chairs where the chef cooks the food in front of you. You can ask the chef questions so it is an interesting experience.

We spent the evening at the Seattle Symphony and decided to have a light meal at the Brooklyn Grill and it was a great choice and it will now be on my agenda for my next concert. We had a Gorgonzola salad and bread and it was great, i am not a big fan of salad dressings but this was... More

Very classy restaurant, reminds me of an old gentleman's club atmosphere. I enjoyed the lobster ravioli, WOW! The Spanish coffee was one of the best. Perfectly caramelized sugar rim. I have returned several times since my first visit and look forward to my next!

We've been going to The Brooklyn for some time now, especially after attending a performance of the Symphony at Benaroya Hall since it's just across the street. When its just the two of us, we prefer to sit at the bar for a cocktail and something to nibble on while enjoying the camaraderie of the bar tenders and our fellow... More
