I visited the West Seattle location excited to try one of the menu items. But I couldn't pass up the black eyed pea soup (my favorite bean) and enjoyed a bowl along with salad. I also recommend the warm juices (especially on a cool drizzly...More

My die-hard-Vegan 18 year old and I popped into Chaco Canyon for dinner while doing our Seattle-In-A-Day adventure. The Thia peanut dish and the Curry were creamy and YUMMY with just the right amount of spiciness and loads of flavor !! Would definitely fork out...More

It has been a while since I have been here. I am still in their system. That was nice. They had very little in their pastry case. That is why I would go there. Vegan croissants!!!! None! Vegan scones!!!! None! Staff is perfunctory but no...More

Chaco Canyon is a good choice if you are looking for a place in the U-District for some healthy food. Nothing I've tried there is less than good and some things are even very good. The service is pleasant but slow at times.

Good healthy food, smoothie and juice options...some items are expensive, but the quality is very good and I like that they have raw food options.

Looking for great food with all natural, real ingredients, try this place. Atmosphere is very different from where we are from, but the Avocado Smoothie was the best smoothie I have ever had.

I'm not really into vegan food as they tend to be a bit tasteless, but all bowls I've tried here are quite good.

I can safely say this will be my lunch spot for the duration of my trip. The food is so wholesome and tasty and the smoothies were just perfect. I left wanting to try much more of the menu so I will.

Oh the thrill of having an entire menu to choose from! Being Whole Foods, Plant Based is difficult when you're traveling and sometimes you're left with a tired "salad" for dinner. Not tonight! Tonight, the hubs and daughter had French toast and I had a...More

I really like the food at Chaco Canyon, it's healthy and delicious. My challenge is sometimes the service and the cost of some of the items. I used to get the smoothies until the one I really liked became to expensive. The banana bread is...More

Description
Set in a warm Southwestern decor, our mission is to provide delicious organic sustenance for a wide variety of needs and individual tastes. We continually seek to set the standard on what it means to be a Sustainable Business. We make all business decisions with the goal of having people, the planet and profitability in balance. We never compromise on our mission, and our ultimate goal of being 100% sustainable. We wear our hearts on our sleeves and demonstrate this in the way we welcome and take care of customers and employees, donate to local and national causes that share our values, source our ingredients, and prepare every dish. We give people (and ourselves) goosebumps with what we show is possible with a cafe, and what a difference one place can make for the world and our community. History Established in 2003. We started as a Raw Juice Bar just 1 block from our current location; we were loved by the community and fell in love ourselves. We started serving soups, grains, salads and the rest is history.
