The food is wonderful as is the service. My only complaint is that without a reservation you are relegated to the back. They start trying to,seat you under the stairs. With a reservation, you not only a view but also white table, clothes!!

No signage above the door, you just have to look for the pink door. The service was friendly and quick. The food arrived quickly. Probably the best homemade marinara I've ever tasted. Solid Italian food with a quirky atmosphere.

Fantastic food: depth & creativity in each dish. Antipasto Platter: huge variety with complex flavors. Salmon: cooked to a perfect medium-rare, vegetables delicately seasoned to perfection. Creative & interesting drink menu. Staff was incredibly friendly & accommodating. Don't miss the trapeze artist on Monday nights!...More

Very unique dinner experience down by Pikes Market Place on Post Alley. There is no signage outside to identify the restaurant 🍴 so you will need to literally look for the Pink Door. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was 👋 good and will not...More

I came here today for lunch as I heard great reviews of the place. I had a reservation and was immediately taken to my table. I requested to go outside as it was very sunny and warm. I had the pizza of the day and...More

Located in one of the narrow alleys a block up from Pike Place street level. A favorite of locals, but first time out of town visitors will likely struggle to find it. My spouse loves the exclusive cozy feeling of dining in the midst of...More

This restaurant was recommended to us by EVERY person we told about our trip to Seattle. We were not disappointed and were happy to have reservations! Everything we ordered was delicious. I had the scallops and the whole plate was divine! There is no signage...More

Dropped in for lunch and had an amazing meal - oysters on the half shell followed by sea scallops. Washed down with some very nice wine and a rhubarb crostata. Best meal we have had in Seattle.

I read about this restaurant on line and I had the address but we walked past the "pink door" about four times! No signage out side, just a small plaque stating the hours. We were brave and opened the door and inside was a spacious...More

Every part of our visit was amazing. We did not have reservations on a Sunday night, but decided to stop by anyway. We were told the wait was around 20/30 minutes. No big deal. We found a couple of seats at the bar and had...More

I didn't see any kids at dinner and sorry to say, I don't know their policy. It would seem it would be okay?? I'd call to be sure. They do have a trapeze artist doing a show on certain nights who is scantily clad, but it is... More

No not for very young kids. I would say 10 and up would be fine.

it is casual -- as is most of Seattle. a collared shirt would be nice, but you won't be turned away in a t-shirt -- so jeans would be fine.

Description
Attenzione:
The Pink Door will be closed Jan. through March 2017 for remodeling!

Our beloved establishment will be in winter hibernation as we make some exciting changes, but rest assured the deep, lovely wrinkles will still be there. Aside from a much-deserved kitchen overhaul, the stage will be relocated, and we’ll offer a magical new seating area with a view of the water and sky. You can look forward to the same delicious seasonal food, same eclectic entertainment, and the same caring, lovely staff waiting to serve you!

Follow our construction progress on Instagram. We are teaming with Seattle-based Metis Construction, an independent community of craftspeople proudly running a worker-owned company; we’re thrilled to have its artisan touch.

See you in Spring!
