When you enter the doors it is as if you travel to Asia. The food, the people, the atmosphere, everything! Lovely food of course and lots of food and other merchandise. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic immersion into Japanese culture, even for the 30 to 60 minutes browsing. So much fun. It was a weekly visit when I lived there. And don't forget the adjacent Japanese bookstore...gorgeous !

If you are looking for Asian food at reasonable prices, Uwajimaya Food Court in the International District is a great choice! Everything from Peking Duck to BiBimBap. Highly recommend.
