This is our first visit to Barolo; my husband and I took the advantage of Seattle Restaurant Week to try out places we never been before. We were very pleased with Barolo's menu, each course of three was nicely prepared. In spite of the busy...More

Came here twice for happy hour in the bar area. Fried and grilled calamari were both fantastic, as was the grilled Caesar salad. Wines by the glass were a great bargain.

We went two days in a row for the happy hour/appetizer specials at 50% off. Beer and wine is also discounted. Try anything! The grilled calamari is the best. Having sampled eight appetizers from tuna to pasta, all excellent. Go for it but get there...More

Booked a business dinner reservation at Barolo. It was good, but not memorable and not worth a return visit in a city like Seattle where there are so many great restaurants. Three guests ordered four plates to share. Sautéed Calamari, Pasta with Scallops, Veal Ravioli...More

From the ambiance to the food, Barolo cannot be beat. Their pastas are hands-down the best in Seattle. My favorite dishes are the veal carpaccio and the octopus. That being said - you cannot go wrong with any of their dishes. If you are visiting...More

No dress code. However, I would leave the sneakers and shorts in the closet.

Erin, please contact the restaurant via telephone or email for anything restaurant specific or important to you because of health considerations. Personally, I don't. Never need to option for gluten free.
