The Chophouse has Great food and service. Wonderful place for a date night with my spouse. Entrees, sides, and desserts are big enough to split.

We have eaten here three times in the past 12 months - we always order a porterhouse (my hubby and I) and we split this with an appetizer or sides. Wow! This past visit just confirmed that 801 always gets it right. We love this dining experience! We have always ordered medium-rare, and every single time our steak comes out... More
The food and the service was excellent. The whole experience was great, we had 10 in our party, and our server never let us wait for anything.
When in downtown Omaha and looking for a perfect steakhouse with free valet parking for a celebration, entertaining, or romantic dinner, 801 Chophouse is the place to go. Bring your wallet, and prepare for some of the finest steaks, cooked to perfection, with sides to make your mouth water! Try the grilled asparagus...fantastic flavor like I've never had! The wine... Great bar with a lot of ambiance for before dinner appetizers, New York Strip steaks were excellent and cooked as ordered ..
Superb high-end dinner. Four of us all ordered different meals and they all were excellent. Dessert was wonderful too. Highly recommend!
The restaurant is beautifully designed and the service is in line with a high standard restaurant. It is known that the steaks in Omaha are the best in class and I tried several restaurant in Omaha to challenge that. 801 Chophouse has a price for it's food but it is worth it. I ordered a filet mignon and the flavour... More

Cocktails were very good, but the bar was extremely slow in getting drinks out; I asked for another drink before the food arrived and received it at... More
Most large cities have one or two prime quality steakhouses. This makes the cut when i compare it to the really good steakhouses i'm used to in Seattle. the Met. John Howie, and Daniel's Broiler. I got what you're supposed to at a steakhouse, a medium rare ribeye. A steak snob will walk away from here satisfied.
