Cute, trendy little café with fresh baked goods and coffee. We loved the sticky buns and the ham, leek and cheese brioche. The seating is limited and tight on a busy morning.

Tried the roast chicken sandwich and the carrot cake, both were delicious. The seating is quite limited, would love to see this food on offer in larger premises.

Just by chance, as we were leaving our hotel and walking to the subway, we saw Flour. We hadn't had time to eat a sit-down breakfast, and saw the pastries through the window, so we dropped in to grab a quick bite. Well, the line was a lot longer than it looked through the window, and the wait for a... More

I stopped by right before closing and had an excellent lamb sandwich and a soup. The soup was delicious and quite large for the price. The sandwich had a ton of tender lamb and cheese and was quite tasty. Highly recommended for a reasonably priced lunch or quick dinner. Free Wi-Fi too.

Loved the sweet potato sandwich. Curried tuna salad was excellent. Best sticky bun I have ever had. Sticky bun was fresh, moist and just sweet enough.

A mushroom brioche, a ginger scone, and a chocolate chip cookie. This bakery allows selection from a display shelf and staff will heat up selection as appropriate. The brioche was a little salty and the other items were a little too firm going towards the stale rather than fresh side.

Discovered Flour thanks to a colleague and I was very pleased. Like any place of its nature, it was pretty packed for breakfast but the service was friendly and fast. I had the oatmeal with stewed fruit - simply some of the best oatmeal I've had. It wasn't quite as hot as I like (I like mine really hot since... More

Most recently I tried the sweet potato sandwich here for lunch, which I would definitely order again. Every time I come in, I try different pastries since there are so many that look good. Unfortunately it's busy here almost all the time, so expect to wait a while in a giant crowd for your food.

Daughter and wife are gluten free. I needed to find a place that had good gf so this was fit the bill. Make a quick call and had them hold for pick up and bypassed the huge crowd in there. This was a Saturday morning. The gf muffins should have been called a "flatfin" as it was more like a... More
