Came in for lunch. The feel here is more of a restaurant that simply has beer rather than a brewery. I had a burger,it was good. Again though its really just like any other restaurant that serves beer you, don't get a brewery vibe.

We absolutely loved CBC's outdoor patio, and enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on one of Boston's first spring days. The beer was pretty OK; nothing excited us, but nothing disappointed us. We split an order of nachos, which were both delicious and huge. I'd certainly go back to CBC for the atmosphere and to enjoy a couple beers on a... More

I loved the place - the atmosphere, the food & beer menu, the service, and location. However I had a turkey burger and it was soft (hence undercooked) which caused me the next day while vacationing to have food poisoning. However, stay away from the turkey burger and you should be fine because this gastropub should not be missed. You... More

Never again will I come to this establishment. The food was mediocre at best, the beer ok. Worst of all was what I witnessed (see picture attached to my review). The nacho chips, which I ordered, was placed onto an in use garbage pail. That should never, ever happen, especially in the sight line of a customer. I was disgusted... More

We've been here before and enjoyed the food and beer. This time also was good, but the salad was not as good as before. We will come back but be more specific in telling the server what we want.

I went there with some friends, we had some (homemade, I think) beers and some burgers. The beer was good but the food was rather ordinary. The service was a bit rude...

Very nice atmosphere. This was the first place we ate at when we arrived in Massachusetts. My boyfriend enjoyed the flight of beer he ordered, food was good, overall a nice experience. If you're into craft beers, definitely worth a stop at.

Went to the Cambridge Brewing Company during a recent visit to Boston. When we arrived, we weren't sure if we wanted dinner, but definitely wanted drinks and some appetizers while we decided. When we told our waiter this, his demeanor immediately changed. He was obviously hoping we'd stay longer and eat, and then up his tip, but his attitude made... More

So, sometime around 1990 or 1991, I came to CBC one evening and had the best beer I've ever had on American soil: an amazing blueberry wheat. I came a few other times in the early 1990s but haven't been back in 25+ years. I'm pleased to report that CBC is still going strong. This time, I didn't have any... More

If it's on tap - I highly recommend the Cerise Casée if it's on tap (or any sour they've got) - the Blunderbuss Barleywine is solid too. I had the fish and chips - which was light and crispy hit the spot. The brewer was friendly and pointed me right to the beers I'd like most.
