Having been there a few times we took some friends. We ordered the formerly reliable and tasty fish and chips and tuna burger. Both were shadows of their former selves. Meagher thin pieces of dried out fish and small, over cooked tuna burger. Fries were good but boy were we disappointed. Our friends buffalo tacos were ok. Drinks were good.... More

We have been to Fuse several times since our son started at Umass Lowell. Great beers on tap, live music, but best of all the food has been delicious. Mostly apps and drinks, all choices have been good. Flatbread pizza, salad, chicken wings, fries...not your typical bar food, as Fuse puts a special spin on all. Steve has been both... More

Fuse is a gem in the heart of downtown Lowell. With eccentric cocktails, food fusions, impeccable desserts and a trendy, upscale feel its w wonderful spot to hang out with friends and try some unique food. My favorite drink is the peach sangria, love love love it. Their mimosas during brunch are also amazing. The creme brulee bread pudding is... More

My wife and I visited Fuse for the first time tonight and will be back soon. I had the Steak and Frites that was perfect! Great beef and some of the best fries I have ever had, accompanied by an arugula salad. My wife had fish and chips that agin were perfect. The service was OK, 3 out of 5... More

Visited Fuse the weekend of July 29th, 2016 during the Lowell Folk Festival. We sat outside and had dinner and drinks. I loved their veggie burger and their fries are delicious! Good list of craft beers on tap!! Excellent service!

I had dinner at Fuse last night and couldn't wait to get home and write a review.....I ordered the grilled tuna....let me just say it was perfection....grilled rare and served with a delish rice and corn chutney that added to the flavor.....the setting here is just lovely as well....downtown Lowell with indoor and outdoor seating.....and of course the service was... We eat at Fuse all the time, and it's always amazing. The dishes are innovative and well-executed -- making use of local foods -- and the service is excellent. These pictures from a recent visit show teriyaki glazed short ribs (with rice) and soy glazed ribs (with slaw). Other treats include the Korean BBQ Chicken Tenders appetizer and House Made... More

Went here on a recent Saturday, early afternoon with family. Chose this restaurant based on reviews and the outdoor seating option. Started with some Bloody Marys, just OK, not very spicy/flavorful, too much ice. Beer selection somewhat limited, NO Budweiser, really? The zippy wings and sweet potato fries were excellent although a couple more wings would have been appreciated. I... More

Mixed emotions: My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat outside and ended up here randomly. Service took a while, didn't get order quite right. Asked for salad first, didn't happen. Came with meal, long after appetizer. Best thing was the appetizer pizza. That was delicious but would have been better with more tomatoes. Generous collection of... More
