The Owl Diner has been, for a long time, one of the best breakfast diners in the area. Regardless of how you like your eggs, be sure to at least try it with slice of their Ham. Premo!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. I love coming here since it's around $8.50 a person, great people watching, awesome low key food for breakfast with strong coffee. On the walls are old photos of family and fantastic local companies run their ads on the tables and coffee mugs. It has a wonderful atmosphere. Throw on your... More

We found this spot through Google and the breakfast was good. I had a ham and cheese omelet and home fries, my husband had scrambled eggs with home fries and bacon. The eggs were good, the omelet was very over salted. The home fries were good, but only warm, not hot. The coffee refills are not very frequent. We had... More

Tried eating here a few times, food okay. Not a lot of flavor. Even a simple sandwich taste a Blan. The food could also be considered questionable. But i have friends that love it and always want to go here. Hence why 2 rather then 1.

First time at this famous diner thats been a Lowell icon since the 1950s. Everyone was friendly and service was fast for breakfast. The coffee for a diner was not weak and had boldness. Food came fast and was piping hot. Hash browns were a little too oily but were good. Irish Benedict was good with what seemed homemade hollandaise... More

Open for breakfast and lunch only. An old fashioned diner with a large extension. The booth-style seating was comfortable and the menu has everything you'd expect in a diner. The make terrific omelettes and the baked ham was as if were shipped north from Virginia's smoke-houses. Good coffee, too. The service was with a smile. There's good reason that this... More

Nothing terribly special. Reasonable prices, good food, decent service. I'd go back, but I won't be writing poetry about it.

Want to step back in time to what a real diner was all about? Stop by the Owl Diner! Great food, interesting people watching, fast service! We had breakfast with friends, and it was fantastic. They are not open for dinner and parking can be tricky. But worth the drive/walk down the street to park. I will definitely go back... More
