While driving through the Texas Hill Country, we stopped at Pecan Street for lunch. So very glad we did. The staff and servers were very friendly and welcoming. The burgers were outstanding. Pecan Street is a great place to stop.

My wife and I are spending the night in Johnson City, TX. Looking for a place to eat we found this establishment. We both had the meatloaf with green beans and coleslaw. To help it all go down I also enjoyed their porter. Everything was excellent.

Beers were a little watery, but service was great, beer garden was perfect on the sunny day. Definitely recommend.

We visited Pecan Street Brewing as a beer outing, but also had lunch there. We each tried at least two of their beers, and were impressed by them all - a number of different styles were on tap. And the lunch was very good, and the staff friendly and helpful. We understand they are under new management, and did a... More

Such a fun place! Eclectic menu, fast service and great atmosphere. I had the honey chicken and it was delicious! Sundays get crazy busy so get there early!

We love checking out breweries! This one was more restaurant and tourist attraction then our normal brewery visits but that's ok! They had 9 beers on tap, you could try a flight of all for $1.50 a piece. 4 I loved! Lunch was okay! Wait was long because it was busy. Kids lived their chicken tenders and grilled cheese. Glad... My mom and I enjoyed a great meal here after a day of touring the local historic sites. She enjoyed a great brown ale and I savored a tasty local Riesling wine. We had the beer cheese dip, salsa and chips for an appetizer, yummy. We chose to split the pork schnitzel. Portions were plenty big. Atmosphere was comfortable and... More

Located on the square, it's a great place to enjoy a microbrew and pretty good food. Flat screens with sports and a pretty good atmosphere to enjoy family and friends.

We visited on a Sunday night while staying at the Exotic Resort Zoo. Enjoyed reading about the jail next door and were welcomed warmly at this restaurant. On Sundays a band plays from 6-9 in the dance hall. We could sit back there or in the front restaurant. We opted to sit in the front but we peeked into the... More

We like to have a conversation while eating and on a Friday night this is not the place. It was noisy and packed with buses dropping people off waiting to get in. The waitress was not familiar with Celiac so we ordered conservatively but shortly after we left the restaurant the cross contamination showed up. Overall for us non-celiacs the... More
