Patrick Henry's give me Liberty or Give me Death speech delivered at the church across the street! The restaurant was very cozy on the inside and has a nice patio in the back. The food was good and we had a really great server. We went for lunch. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I would go back again for dinner.

3 of us went for a late lunch. We arrived at 2:40, so not prime lunch time. Our wine and beer orders were taken quickly but didn't arrive to our table for over 20 minutes. Food order was taken and after another 20 minutes, our server asked if we wanted fries with the Rueben and we reminded her we wanted... More

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the Thanksgiving buffet at Patrick Henry's Pub and Grille today. Every single item on the buffet was delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was professional and attentive. Located in a historic Church Hill setting, this was a fantastc choice for us. Good stuff - do yourself a favor and give them a visit!

Not sure what more I can say other than this. I had the fried onion rings appetizer. They were incredible! Had the chicken parmesan sandwich with fries. Also quite good! Hannah was our waitress and did a great job! She said she was new but had a good command of the menu and offerings.

A small sign with the glow of an open door on a cold October night lured us in to an old English Pub. Hmm... is this where we eat? Jubilant laughter came from above. So we ventured up the tiny pre-civil war area stair case into an empty grand area. Greatest by two enthusiastic employees we decided to eat. Laid... More

What a perfect little place for lunch. Surprisingly great food, a house made eggplant parmigiana sandwich was not greasy or over fried, the best one I have ever had. My wife had the caprese sandwich with house made motz. I gave five stars cause try make there own fries. I know that seems silly but not many RVA restaurants to... More

We were members of a coach tour. It was a wet early evening and our tour guide suggested we get a reservation here. The staff were welcoming and ahowed us to a large upstairs room for our group's use. Being British many of us chose the fish and chips which were very good. There was a good selection of beers.... Beautiful building and quaint street. Not sure about parking, as I walked here from downtown. The front porch steps are little sketchy, so be careful when stepping on these. They have seating inside and outside on a patio. It was the most peaceful and relaxing setting on the patio. Staff was extremely pleasant, greeted use immediately, and kept our tables... More

My wife and I returned for our 2nd visit to Pat Henry's on a weekend eve for dinner. My wife ordered the blue cheese burger and I ordered the club sandwich with O-rings (no upcharge for the rings like most places have which was nice). Both sandwiches were well prepared and all the toppings were very fresh as you'll note... More

The food was very good. From the Sailor Sandwich (Pastrami, Cheese, Brat and Ground Mustard) to salads with generous piece of grilled tuna to the Tuna Wrap. Note: No public parking is available. Only off street parking Also Note: Expensive Sales Tax. Richmond has a regular tax (6%) and an additional Restaurant Sales Tax (5.3%) for a total 11.3%. One... More
