The best bread and goodies around. Many selections. Breads, rolls, cookies. Everything is delicious.

fresh baked, exotic breads are abundant but don't overlook the exceptional sandwiches they serve. It's no frills - no seats, chips and pepsi and a few sides - but you can't get a better sandwich in Carytown.

The garlic rolls are ridiculously good. It's to the point that we buy 3 or 4 packages every time we visit. We've used them for meatball sandwiches, burgers, chicken sriracha sandwiches and on. The breads are great and they have a wide variety. They make sandwiches, which we haven't tried, but look fantastic. They usually have a few varieties of... More

Whether you like your bread as part of their humungous sandwiches, toasted or with a spread of butter, you can't beat the freshness of Montana Gold's bread. I take advantage of their Groupon/Living Social promotions so that I can have more of it!

I have lived in Richmond many years but never tried this place. I bought a Groupon for 2 box lunches with drinks. It was a great deal for the amount of food we got. The girls working there were super friendly and helpful! When I walked in it smelled so good and there were samples. I was shocked at the... More

I'm sold on Montana Gold This is the kind of place that I probably would have passed by if not for a recommendation from a friend. I think I've been there three or four times in as many weeks. When you walk in you are greeted by some of the most friend people on earth. No kidding! The staff is... More

Haven't ever gotten any sandwiches, but make a near-weekly walk to grab cinnamon swirl bread, which makes super awesome French toast.

Had several bites of a roast beef sandwich purchased by my spouse. Much better than expected. The bread takes the cold cut sandwich to another level, but I hesitate to think of the calories involved. The potato salad was extreemly good, and I would have never ordinarily ordered that. The mayo is nicely understated. The dessert buns he brought back... More

I was so excited to try this place after purchasing a Groupon for it. I ordered one of their turkey sandwiches on honey wheat. In my opinion, fresh bread is one of the main ingredients that makes a sandwich delicious and that is exactly what they provided. Personally, I felt $5.79 was a little steep (based on the size of... Montana Gold is essentially a very good bakery, offering delicious breads, rolls, muffins, etc, - with the bonus of free slices of whatever breads recently emerged from the oven. But I recently tried one of their made-to-order sandwiches and - am I too old to say OMG??? Okay, there's a limited selection of breads, meats and cheeses available - but... More
