The salted caramel was awesome! The ice cream was smooth and the waffle cones were so fresh, they must have been baked that morning! Take your cone down the street a bit and sit by the river.

Breakfast was good, homemade style, everything fresh. A bit pricy : $31 US before tip for two. The wait was about 20 minutes between order and delivery. The service was OK, on the average side. The two women talked very loudly, like they wanted everyone at every table hearing what they had to say. But saying that, we would go... More

Great Breakfast here wide selection, food was fresh and tasty. I liked the fact that you could get one egg and other smaller items. Wish they took credit cards, but they did have an ATM on site which made the cash only option easier.

Nice soup and half sandwich combo. My hubby's tuna melt looked great. Enjoyed the orange cream milk shake.

The food is very good here. I had an a la carte combination of a single pancake, a single egg (scrambled) and bacon. The pancake was huge and one of the best I have ever had. The "single" egg seemed more like three. They warm the syrup for you as well. My friend got frnch toast and sausage. The space... More

The Creamery offers basic foods; I had a hot dog and cup of soup while my wife had a tuna sandwich and cup of soup. Nothing special but the food was ok. The staff were nice, chatty, and helpful. We were tempted to have dessert but decided not to. Others said the "mile high" pie was to die for. Be... More

Be prepared for sullen waitresses who yell at you from the door about where you can and cannot sit ( apparently some booths are reserved for regulars) and even though there is no signage on door or menus when my husband put down a credit card to pay with the waitress barked at us "no plastic " instead of saying... Breakfast was yummy but took quite a while to receive. Most all the seating was taken, so could explain the wait.

I live in the area and I always feel a little unwelcome at this restaurant. A snowy day, not busy, no one super happy to see me but I was given a menu. Ordered coffee which was pretty good, you have to ask for Splenda, which arrives in an Altoid box. Two eggs, toast, home fries and coffee, $12.50, plus... More

The Mountain Creamery was recommended to us as an alternative to the high breakfast prices at the Woodstock Inn. Well, $50, bad service, bad coffee, and a couple of less than fresh bowls of oatmeal later, we really regretted not just dining at the Red Rooster - which, by the way, ended up only costing about $3 more with gratuity....
