We love to dine outside on a pleasant evening and watch the planes taking off and landing. Everyone has always been so friendly and nice -- the hostess, servers and management, as well as fellow diners. The shrimp Creole is outstanding! On Friday and Saturday...More

Okay, the draw was having a good dinner in a WW2 styled French farmhouse setting containing lots of memorabilia and being able to watch the takeoffs and landings at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport up close. This restaurant delivers on the ambiance, memorabilia abounds and you can watch...More

OK, I admit, I don't go out that much, so maybe a good DJ and lots of people dancing, talking, eating and watching planes take off and land is more routine for some people. If you've never been to the 57th Fighter Group Restaurant, you're...More

What a step back in time. Great atmosphere and best steak ever! It was quite enjoyable watching the planes take off. Enjoyed seeing the old army vehicles. Easy access.

This was my first visit to Atlanta. Some friends in Atlanta recommended the visit. The restaurant has vintage World War 2 memorabilia on the walls, such as issues of the Stars and Stripes military newspaper. And outside the restaurant was the P51 Mustang and World...More

There is an abundance of history all around. You almost would benefit from a tour, or having the wait staff provide more of a history lesson, especially for first time visitors. I definitely recommend making a reservation, and requesting a window table. It was quite...More

The atmosphere and service were great. The food was all right but not as good as I hoped it would be. This was for lunch. I have heard that their brunch is wonderful.

We visited with a group for dinner on Saturday evening. The menu selection was wonderful, and everyone enjoyed their selections. Friendly service. We stayed to dance, and had the best time !

I have never had a bad meal at this place and this weekend was no exception. The service was above the bar as always and the atmosphere is unique as always. My wife and I had the salmon and I the trout. We could not...More

I agree with the other reviewers-- it's a great place for your husband's special occasion. While I am certain that you'll want to dine inside, if you and/or your guests arrive at dusk there is outdoor seating and service on... More
