Have visited every May for 3 years, always on a Fri night and this year it was empty and depressing. Service was very lethargic and food just okay... menu hadn't changed in a year but food seemed tired. Hope management gets on top of this problem because it would've been 5 stars a couple of years ago.

During a meeting at the adjacent W hotel, we tried Cook Hall a few times with limited success. Service was slow and not quite with it, taking a severely long time to just deliver drinks and salads. And most of the time it was empty, indicating this is probably the norm.

When traveling my first choice for dining is rarely a hotel restaurant. Although there are good ones out there too many of them are not very good and this visit served only to confirm that belief. Upon entering the restaurant we were told we'd have to sit outside since there wasn't any room inside. (At this time the restaurant only... More

The egg benedict was good but the french toast was burned. Food takes long time to be served. Although it was not crowded at all.

Greetings. Cook Hall is located in the W Hotel (see my review on the W.) Much to our surprise and delight, this eatery is really good. Service was pretty poor, but the food offerings were really strong - hip, local southern fare that was well prepared and really tasty. Nice place for casual dinner and a drink. Good eating, Colin

Spent the night at the W hotel and had a great breakfast with my family at Cook Hall. I has a wide range of options for breakfast and each of us was able to order what we wanted and all was very pleased with there meal.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times and everything i have ever had there has been terrific - if you are a foodie you should definitely check it out. Valet parking is required and I recommend making a reservation, especially on the weekends - it is located in the W Buckhead hotel, which is usually very busy. The restaurant... More

Walked here from the Marriott Buckhead where I was staying for a conference and dined alone. The restaurant is in the W hotel and has a nice ambiance although I found the restaurant to be very cold. The menu is also a bit difficult to read with the low lighting and tiny font so you might have to use your... More

What a find! Walkable area near lots of hotels. Colleague and I had a great dinner. He enjoyed the duck tacos, collars greens and Mac and cheese. Devoured every morsel. Beet salad with lemon yogurt dressing one of the best beet salads I've ever tasted. Pork sliders delicious as well. Highly recommend!
