I was a little hesitant to eat here after reading the recent reviews but our friends wanted to try it. We have been here years ago, but we heard there was a new chef and brewmaster so we give it a try. Everyone at the table was very pleased with their meals. We had a burger, buffalo chicken wrap, turkey... More

I stopped in to sample the beers. For a small scale brew pub they brew a nice , varied selection of beers, we tried the IPA a nice beer and the DIPA which was excellent. The atmosphere was nice relaxed. i had the smoked chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sanwich was ok nothing memorable the fries were very... More

Our server, Alan was incredible. professional, courteous and attentive. The steak was fatty, overcooked and overpriced. The french fries tasted like wood as opposed to potato so overcooked in old oil. Wonder how the health department allows such apparent filth. Alan made every effort to make a bad experienced good. However he got push back in front of us from his... More

Normally, for overall service, speed of food, selection of food I'd give this place a 3. But, since kids eat free on Sundays, I bumped it up to a four. Honestly, sometimes service is really slow. There's not many choices for me on the menu. Prices are high and portions on some items are small. But, that said, it makes... More

I really wanted to like this place. But there are some problems I hope get addressed. The beer was fine, especially the Oktoberfest. I liked the adventurousness of the seasonals. But is it really necessary to charge $1 extra for the seasonals? Was not informed of this beforehand, so a little annoyed to see in on the bill. The food,... More

Tried this place for the first time but have seen it many times and never thought to give it a try. Had a great waitress named Carolanne and she made the experience worth the visit. The steak was done exactly the way I like it. My husband was a little disappointed they were sold out of the one micro-brew he... More

A group from work came to get a good beer and dinner. We were seated as a six top when we had seven. Hostess seemed confused on the counting thing. Waitress was inattentive and food took an hour. Manager had to comp drinks and 20 percent off. They blamed it on kitchen staff shortage. The October fest beer was good... More

The only reason I didn't rate this place two stars is because the GM came to our table and tried to make it right. The meal started out well with a very good crab dip. It went downhill from there. The homemade root beer was very plain with very little flavor. We had a Pit Melt, which had very little... More

We went because we had heard that they have Rock a Billy music from 7-10 on Friday evenings. The Rock a Sonics were playing, the No. 1 Rock a Billy band in the Washington DC region. They were fantastic, the selection of beer is awesome. Everyone enjoyed the food they selected. My wife and I had broiled cod and vegetables... More
