Sorry, but this just didn't do it for me. Wait staff was good, decor was good and food was, well, just okay. The quality of all the ingredients was good on most dishes, but I just couldn't rank this place up there with some of...More

Looked forward to having Bryan's food at this, his flagship restaurant, for a long time, and the reality did not disappoint. Executed now by Chef de Cuisine Scott de Muns, for fans of Top Chef and Top Chef Masters Bryan's intellectually styled food is still...More

Sorry to have to write this, but really, VOLT is trying way too hard. Out of all the dishes we had, only one or two were truly tasty, and I do mean, "tasty", not superb. The rest were just OK, with a few being quite...More

We booked table 21 for our anniversary dinner with another couple. We had to wait a bit, to let the other seating finish up. One of the best meals I've had, some of the regular offerings, but a great variety. Portions are small, but you...More

The food was outstanding as always. However, I would prefer to be able to order what I want from the menu and not have to abide by someone else's ideas of what I should eat, especially when paying Volt prices. The service is always impeccable if...More

As avid foodies we have wanted to try Table 21 since they opened but never called early enough to get in. Luckily did get 4 seats for my wife's birthday on a BUSY Saturday night. We were told to wait in the bar until all...More

You get 21 courses at this table, which wraps around the kitchen. You need to book in advance since it is popular. I believe it holds up to eight around the kitchen windows and a few more 4 person tables in the kitchen area... More

You can find the menu on the website but I believe they do change from time to time, depending on what is in season or available as fresh. It's worth the visit!

Description
VOLT offers guests a menu of modern American cuisine. The focus of our cuisine is based on classic flavor combinations, creating sophisticated dishes that emphasize purity and seasonal flavors that are based on fundamental and innovative cooking techniques. VOLT's relationship with local artisan farmers ensures availability of products to fulfill the philosophy behind the menu, in a refined, historic venue where classic meets modern. By design, the restaurant follows along the original footprint of the mansions first floor parlors. Both the 38 seat main dining room and the bar/lounge open off the foyer. The original mosaic tile in the foyer was the inspiration behind the warm monochromatic color palette that adorns the finishes in VOLT. Private dining can be hosted in the conservatory offering views of the expansive courtyard. The 700 square foot kitchen afforded space to include up to 20 guests.
