We came here because we were in the area and I had come here before and liked it. This time, the food was still good, the service was still good and the prices were still good. It's a bit outta the way but worth finding it

Ate at Babe's with the family. Two of us had ribs and two had sandwiches. Everyone enjoyed what they had and my father and I took home rib leftovers. I believe the wood smoke was mesquite which gives a unique flavor when you're used to hickory or fruit wood smoke.
We had BBQ sandwiches, wings and chicken tenders. The sides of beans, seasoned fries and quesadillas. Everything was wonderful. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend this place off the beaten path and away from all the expense and hype in the tourist areas.
We tried this place on our way out of Monetzuma Castle. As Kansas Citians, we have very high standards when it comes to BBQ. I always know we're in trouble when we don't smell the smoked meat from outside but my husband thought frybread from a truck was a bad idea so we went here. A few hours after eating... More
We were wandering through the area of Camp Verde when we spotted Babe's restaurant. So glad we did. The decor is perfect and the service was excellent, as was the food. We enjoyed their roast beef, pulled pork, brisket and baked beans. We also enjoyed seeing the cowboys who were eating there! We don't have cowboys where we live.
Our group of eight had to stop at Babe's once we got a whiff of their cooker. Most of us ordered some kind of BBQ and loved it. There were plenty of side dish options, some better received than others. Overall, this was a good place to fill up on BBQ..
This restaurant has been in existence for years. No wonder. They cook the meat outside on a huge cooker. I crave the BBQ ribs. You will not go away hungry. Also try the hamburgers. Old building. Some neat stuff on the walls. We bring out of town guests here and they always are impressed at the food. We don't know... More
Great beer battered zucchini appetizer! Cozy atmosphere. Well-varied menu. Our food was all tasty and hot. Thank you.
I have had the sampler platter and a burger there most recently. Delicious, great service, sweet waitress and great food for reasonable price.
This is a basic good cowboy food and decor. Great friendly staff, Bab and family always give you a hello. Catering is wonderful too.
