I really enjoyed our meal here. We took the "plate of the day" which ended up being 6 courses. Each course was wonderful. The price was very reasonable and the service super.

Well, we are happy when some of our customers enjoy a good experience and comment publicly. We celebrate that they considered the portions appropriate, because this is a very controversial topic. There are people who value more abundance and for us it is a mantra...More

I visited last week with a few friends. The staff is very attentive and professional, the restaurant looks like a modern art exhibition. I loved to see what was happening through the glass wall of the kitchen. And now the best: the food and the...More

Everything we ordered was full of flavour, interesting and not quite what we expected. Not at all run-of-the mill dishes. Quite expensive but worth the extra.More

We called in to La Seu as the menu looked interesting, we were not disappointed, the food was delicious, intriguing and different. Cochinillo Pekingese, a pork version of Peking duck! Awesome flavour, and Bao Costilla, like pulled pork in pastry with herbs, sort of pasty...More

Description
1068/5000 The experiences that we propose in La Seu pivot on concepts and designs based on the roots of the earth. We understand the land and the pillars that sustain the La Seu fires in the recovery of the character of the cuisine of the grandmothers, with raw materials of important qualities and preferably autochthonous. We can say that the fish come from the market very fresh, which in the bay the quality of the water is excellent. We will also say that the varieties of our tomatoes are chosen by the notes of smell that indicate their natural origin, that our selection of vegetables brings you closer to God knows what. We will undoubtedly affirm that the meat comes from D.O. And that our winery is full of wines selected by its excellence. We will sign that the construction of our dishes has a harmonious order that reconciles tradition and innovation. You better come and judge for yourself! We are only a loose verse between stoves, a box in the sudoku of the aromatic combinations, an infinitesimal part in the equation of the flavors.
