Our party of four all enjoyed having lunch here. Though this is a small, simple restaurant, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. My Thit Bo Satay sandwich (Beef in Satay and Peanut Sauce with onion) was fabulous. I savored every...bite. The other folks in my party enjoyed the shrimp roll and tofu roll and bubble tea. Though there are countless restaurants in Morristown, consider stopping at Saigon Subs and Cafe if you are in the mood for some delicious Vietnamese food.More

I've tried Banh Mi (sandwiches) in a lot of places and I'm always amazed at how good they are, and can never figure out how they can be so good. Something about the mix of ingredients. This local place, just across from the train station,...is excellent. Great food, good prices. Quick lunch on my way elsewhere and much enjoyed.More

Had the flank steak with satay sauce banh mi and a green papaya salad. The banh mi meat was tender and flavorful and the bread was excellent (the most critical part of a banh mi, IMHO.) I had shrimp as the protein on the papaya...salad. The dressing had just the right tang and the bits of fried onion added an additional layer of flavor. Service was fast and friendly, prices are good. Who can ask for more?More

My son took me to Saigon Subs on one of my visits to New Jersey. I asked to go back Thanksgiving weekend. I ordered the tofu bahn mi. It was delicious! The bread was crusty, the veggies were crunchy and the tofu was seasoned right....I enjoyed the food very much! Service was fast and friendly and price was very reasonable. The restaurant very accessible. The first time I went w my son, it was my birthday. When the cashier found out it was my birthday she gave me a dessert, on the house :) That was sweet. Thank you! For sure I'll be back when I visit NJ again.More

There are four small tables, two more outside when it's warm. Most of the food served here is take out. They are very busy, people love this place. 10 varieties of Banh Mi Vietnamese sandwich, a great green papaya salad, tea, bubble tea, specialty drinks,...and more. It's a simple menu and no atmosphere, all of the food is well prepared. The owners are there every day, everyone is friendly. I've had some of the best Banh Mi in the US, luckily for those of us who live nearby this places puts out a respectable version.More

What a fantastic surprise, fresh, clean and excellent food. The Sub shop thru me off, but I went in anyway, I’m glad I did. I has a shrimp and pork wrap in a super thin wrapping, side if peanut sauce, delish. Highly recommended

I went to Saigon Subs & Cafe in April for lunch and ordered a ca moi bahn mi and a taro bubble tea. Service was pleasant and the food and drink were good - I'd definitely stop here again.

Made the trip from Warren Co to see if the Bahn Mi sandwiches were as good as people were saying. Glad I made the trip. The Nem Nuong(BBQ Pork Patties), Xiu Mai(Pork Meatballs) and Thit Bo Satay(Flank Steak) were all really good with great flavors....The only drawback is the bread could have been better. All in all I would definitely eat here again even though the traffic in that area is horrendous.More

This was the first time I’ve tried a Vietnamese Banh MI Sandwich. I ordered the Nem Nuong which had slices of heated BBQ pork patties and pate and veggies. This was a refreshing change from the Italian subs I usually have for lunch.
