We tried Laku after some friends noted consistently good reviews on TA. Again, TA raters don't lie. This is some of the best, authentic Sushi I have had in the US outside of NYC and the West Coast. We've tried a lot of the items...on the menu and have not yet been disappointed. The Alaskan Poke bowl was especially good. The portions are on the larger side and prices reasonable. Definitely a keeper.More

This place is delicious, super fresh, nicest most professional servers. Sushi and other Korean delights are super well done. I love when I can come here

Laku Sushi is the top choice for our family to come on Holiday. On Chinese New Year, we had a lunch there. Always, the best service we got. Special rolls are delicious. We always like to try different kinds of special rolls. Also, lunch special...is very good price. Same quality, discount price. We also got House Special ( the fried fish) and Chief Special. Thanks, Laku.More

Despite all the positive reviews, we were not impressed at all and will not be coming back. The best thing was the service actually. Sushi and sashimi were actually too big and not sophisticated - I said to my girlfriend that they were cut with...an axe and not with a fine knife. One piece felt like at least a piece and a half and it was somewhat difficult to eat. The fish also had a bit of under skin on some of the pieces, too. The special roll was good and the portion was generous actually.More

Stopped in for a late dinner and was very happy with our experience. The food was all excellent, with service to match. Highly recommend!

Cute BYOB place in downtown Morristown. It's a very casual place with friendly and attentive staff. Choice of music was a bit odd though... dance music that was a bit loud. Despite its name, this place offers some Korean cuisine in addition to traditional Japanese...cuisine including sushi, sashimi, tempura, udon and yakitori. The menu is extensive and very reasonably priced. We ordered a few appetizers of which I especially liked the shrimp dumplings. We then order the "7 special rolls" platter, which arrived on a large wooden boat platter. It was definitely a "boat-load" of sushi. Hardest part was deciding 7 rolls to choose for the platter from the extensive selection of rolls to choose from. They were all amazing and very fresh. We arrived hungry and left stuffed and very satisfied. Another great thing about this place is that it's one of the very few restaurants that has a parking lot so not having to search for street parking is a plus. Overall, great sushi place and I'd definitely return.More

We came prior to a show on a Monday so only two waiters working hard in an almost full room. But, large kitchen staff so once order taken, the food came quickly. They also have a very busy take out business. The Mango & Avocado...Salad was a great fresh appetizer - marvelous!More

Excellent food, top service and good prices. For me the best sushi in town. Just to say..I’ve been in Morristown for a week and 3 out of 5 nights I had dinner here.

Stopped in one day after my daughter's swimming lesson for late lunch. Most sushi places we have visited that were open during the period from 2 - 5 don't have fresh fish. The fish here was outstanding and the most important thing was that our...kids who are very picky about their food ate there with great enjoyment. And most important was the Avocado bomb. That blew my mind as well as my taste budsMore

I visited Laku Sushi 2 times and will go back. We have never taken Sushi but everything we had was delicious. I can only recommend to take different appetizers including the avocado bomb and share everything
