This quaint tea room was filled with character, food was good and reasonably priced, and service was first class from friendly staff.

Been here a few times and most visits rate 4 - 5 stars. But a couple of occasions where both food and service fell a little short. Seems to depend which team's on duty at the time. But overall a competent and good value eatery.
