The food is excellent. Linda and Philip give it personality. Only open in the summer and only until 3 p.m. Limited menu but all food is really good. Small but nicely appointed.

A very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Food was great and the service was supreme. Very friendly staff and so helpful in giving tips on places to visit.

Stopped in for coffee no food. The place looked like it may be shutting down soon. The staff was friendly and offered some travel tips. Met some other tourists. Great stopped to get your latte fix.More

We visited Placentia as partly of a weekend getaway. We stayed at the Rosedale as part of the stay breakfast was at Phillip's cafe. Great atmosphere. The breakfast was great, coffee beyond expectations and as good as I have had anywhere. Thank you.
