We went in for lunch after reading a review. You look at the menu when you enter and place your order then pick up utensils etc. and take them to a table. Your food is then brought to your table. I had a lovely Quiche...special served with potato and bacon soup. The quiche was very thick and the pastry was delicous. My husband ordered the smoked meat pannini which he liked but I found it to be quite salty. It is a quaint little place with lots of interesting kitchenware. We took a yummy dessert home.More

This is the find of a lifetime . The endless search for the perfect fudge has ended , my need to sample and search has been solved now that I found you . I can shamelessly say I have used your store and fudge to...entice friends and family to return to Napanee, one bite and I know they will be back !! Wonderful store , full of amazing finds for the kitchen and great selection of foods for entertaining . Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly . A beautiful spot to grab a coffee , and enjoy the fabulous food prepared there daily !! One of my favorite stores in Napanee !!!More

Recently went to Napanee to go dress shopping. The lady in the dress store recommended Ellena’s for lunch. Good thing she told us because from the outside we thought it was just a cute kitchen store; the window had teapots, aprons etc. But what a...wonderful surprise inside. The back is a little cafe with amazing freshly made food. We shared the chicken Caesar wrap and HUGE piece of coconut cream pie. Definitely make a stop here for lunch or a coffee and sweet treat if you’re in the area.More

Ellena makes the best butter tarts ever but all of her sweets and savouries are second to none. Great kitchen gifts available too...and I love the assortments of imported chocolares!

Food is fresh and the old building space is full of wonderful kitchen items and ingredients. We had a Red Pepper soup that was full of flavour and a quiche that was light and fluffy. Their sandwiches are on fresh breads.

Great place to have lunch for a reasonable price . They have live music once in a while which is sold all the time.

Ellena’s has an awesome menu of homemade sandwiches , wraps and soups. Highly recommend a soup and sandwich combo. Quaint historic building with private seating at the back.

an excellent choice of eatery for good soup, sandwiches and deserts. Very relaxed atmosphere. What we liked also was that our group of friends did not have to shout as it is quiet.

My friend and I have met for lunch at Ellena's Cafe on three occasions now. I've tried three different sandwiches, all delicious. The soup of the day has also been delicious.
