Another excellent experience at The Waterfront for us! The whole family enjoyed their meals. Portions were an excellent size for both adults and kids and delicious. I am totally disappointed with our meal, I ordered the Barbecue Ribs, advertised as “ Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs”, I tried to eat 2 ribs, they were so tough I could hardly chew them the rub was pasted on so thick and the BBQ sauce was...very thick baked on top and nothing underneath, I must admit I have never had such bad ribs anywhere! I ate a few fries that came with the meal as well as the tasteless coleslaw. The waitress who was nice came as I placed my obvious not eaten dinner away from me on the table as my husband had finished his meal, he had the French onion soup which he really enjoyed however his Italian flatbread was burnt on the bottom. The waitress was very busy and I was unable to express my disappointment early after receiving as she never returned to check on our meal, and I was offered a 25% discount on my meal ( my husband did not complain about his flatbread, however he did not eat much of it). Considering I ate less than a quarter of my tough ribs I feel that 25% was not a satisfactory discount based on what was eaten. It is a beautiful location however I am sorry to say we not be eating there anytime soon.More

Great patio. Great food options. We sat right by the river it was lovely. Lots of nice options on the menu. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful setting, enticing menu, our food choices were excellent and our waitress Stephanie was warm, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. AND, our bill was brought to the table by a robot waiter. A first for us!!

Chilly and wet outside, but warm and friendly indoors. Waited a few minutes for a booth and enjoyed the entertainment. Chris sang faves and some of his own music. So much fun! Amy managed a very busy night smoothly, always attentive to customers, servers and...the food being served. Very impressive! Our sever, Meena, was awesome! She didn’t hover, but made great suggestions, and was friendly and came over at just the right moments to check on drinks and our dinners. Excellent place to dine, plenty of staff, and obviously a local favourite. Service was prompt, our food arrived in great time and it was delicious.More

As residents of the Greater Napanee Area, The Waterfront is our go-to for a special night out in our majestic little town. Just went out for our anniversary and the service and food was amazing! Our server, Stephanie, was courteous, personable, and made our evening...complete with her ability to coax us into a dessert we didn't really need, but we're happy to devour.More

We were blown away by the patio, food and service. What an absolute gem of a spot. Taylor served us a very delicious lunch with service you’d find in any five star restaurant. So much so that we actually made sure she knew how fantastic...she was at her job and how pleasant she made our experience. We ate a lot! And it was all clearly made on site (no freezer reheating here) and incredibly good. Eating right by the river was so nice and peaceful. We will definitely be back!More

Great food and hospitality on the Norman Paul for 26 friends and family for an 85th birthday celebration. Along with the food, the weather, the staff, it was a completely effortless night with all details being looked after by Jane and her staff. Allowed everyone...to circulate and catch up on the summer and sometimes longer times since we have all been together. If possible, I'd do this for Christmas dinner...that was meant as a joke, but I just can't tell you how comfortable the evening was. Thank you Jane, Alain and staff.More

Everything about visit was exceptional…from the hostess, to the bar staff, the meal and especially our server Holly. We also thoroughly enjoyed the live music. We(4 adults) had dinner last night on patio (table#98-2). We had arrived before 6:30 pm. The lovely lady that greeted us at the outdoor desk was fabulous. She told us that we had a 45 minute wait. She offered us locations to sit and wait....While we waited for our other half of guests, we ordered drinks from kiosk indoors. Had a great time joking with our greeter. Eventually, we were seated. Our Server was Meena 9631. She was awesome. Her service was great. She paid attention to details, and was quick to respond to our needs. Our visit was focused on the birthday of one of our guests. Meena surprised us with a visit from Phoebe the robot. Phoebe served some desert, and sang Happy Birthday to our surprised guest. Unbelievable!! Thank you Meena, our Greeter, and Phoebe.
