The food and service is always first rate. My wife and I have eaten here many times as it hard to beat service and quality that Freestone's offers.

We decided to eat lunch here one our way through New Bedford after spending the morning at an appointment in Fall River. We decided to order the fried clam special and the fried shrimp special for lunch. Both were very good but the amount of shrimp and clams per plate was pretty small. The baskets consisted mostly of French fries.... More

I've been going to Freestones since it opened, great local flavour and consistently good food with award winning chowdah! You won't be disappointed.

Had dinner with 5 other couples before going to a play at the Zeiterion Theater. The food was not only served in a timely manner, it was delicious! We enjoy the fun atmosphere and the staff is friendly. Can't wait to go back!

I go to Freestones at least 4-5 times a month. I love everything on the menu, the atmosphere ,the waitresses and bartenders. It really is the best place to always guarantee a great meal, and run into a few friends.

Food was good, service was fine. Overall a good place to go if you are in the area but not necessarily one to go out of your way for.

Great seafood. We had a scallop special for lunch and it was delicious. Great service and friendly atmosphere, as well. The restaurant is centrally located in the downtown.
