We have now visited Cork many times and consider it one of our favorite places to be in New Bedford. The staff is always superb and the atmosphere is charming and cozy. The last few times we've been we had the chance to eat and the food is really good. In particular, the Thai Shrimp Nachos. You won't be disappointed... More

Went with a large group on a Saturday night. They had us seated exactly when our reservation was scheduled. Service was great ... large selection of beer, wine and some interesting and yummy cocktails. Food was delicious ... the Scallops were AMAZING!! We all had a great time! Would definitely go there again if in the area!

I went to the Cork with friends. It is a new experience where you can try different foods and share with friends. The food is good quality but not exceptional. The concept is good but I do not think it is well done at the Cork. The price is high for a Tapas bar and it makes it difficult to... More

It's not often you get to go out for a drink on an early weekday night. But we did just that on a recent quiet Tuesday night visit to Cork. We only had a few drinks each, but the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The bar is clearly a very charming place to have a drink. It has a... More

Always a great place to go with out of town guests or for a date, Cork offers consistently good, creative and healthy food and a wine list to match.

Nice venue, good food. Sitting a first time customer 2 inches from the bathroom door, not good first impression and probably only impression. Constantly feeling the breeze from the bathroom door. If that wasn't bad enough had a loud mouth at the bar, which was 3ft from the table. Bumpimg elbows

Concentration on wine and small plates. Good selection, especially on seafood. In a historic restored building. Outdoor seating in good weather. Recommend especially the scallops and mussels.

Had a great evening experience. This little place was filled. Had a couple of glasses of wine and tapas which were great and tasty. The bartenders were vibrant and the Service while a little slow was still fine due to the many patrons. A little noisey but acceptable for the room and crowd size.

I've been to Cork several times when visiting New Bedford on business. The small plates combine to make a fabulous meal, and the bar pours an excellent Manhattan. Service is attentive without being fawning. Try the calamari! Cork is right on the New Bedford waterfront; more intimate and affordable (and open year-round) than Black Whale across the street.

This downtown/ waterfront restaurant is located in a beautifully rehabs very old building on a cobblestone street. The fishing vessels are visible across the street The food here is more typical of bigger city menu. Local New Bedford scallops are right off the boat, seared, served on Risotto, and flavored with joy. Other dishes observed appear creatively presented. This is... More
