I ate here on 2/12/17 basically for Valentines as my wife and I never like to go out on Valentines day and we were blown away by the flavors of the food. We had lamb & pork sausage, the rosemary/garlic fries, the steak, the chicken tikka masala, and the lamb meatballs and they were all perfectly cooked and flavored. Do... More

I totally love this place. The patio seating area is just amazing. Food is so good. They are more of a small portion type which is cool so you can order a variety of different things and share it with everyone and get to enjoy a variety of different food. Great place.

I came here because it was close to my hotel. The reviews I found quickly weren't great, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered completely off the specials menu and the tomato bisque was really nice, with the right amount of salt (may be too salty for some, was perfect for me). The fried cod came in a bowl with... We love tapas style dining, and so we were excited to try a new place (for us anyway) in downtown Salt Lake City. Atmosphere is young urban hipster. Pretty loud restaurant, so not a great place for a quiet conversation. Nice decor and lighting. Service and food solid, but erratic. Our waitress was alternatively extremely attentive and absent for long... More

I love the food, ambiance and location of this restaurant. They change their menu every few months, but it's always good whenever I go. This is what our table ordered on our most recent visit: sauteed brussels sprouts, charred corn, shrimp and grits, eva's steak, spinach and potato gnocchi, crispy polenta, grilled asparagus, and the special of korean short ribs.... The asparagus with poached egg was delicious. On the wagyu beef bruschetta, the beef was way too fatty, but the flavors of the rest of the dish was very good.

I've always happened to stop in on quiet nights with not many other guests. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food might be the best in the city! Great place to dine alone or with a date.

Small plates with interesting flavors that were shared by a tired son, mom and dad. It was early and the place had few patrons. Staff was very attentive. We needed a quick supper after a long weekend in Alta and this fit the bill extremely well.

I love this place. The food is amazing and the service is also very good. Try the baked Greek Mac and Cheese, it will change your life. Also, the brussels sprouts and charred beets are really good. The restaurant is laid back and comfortable. It is Tapas so be sure to order everything. You will leave satisfied and so happy.

The Eva pizza was the best I've had. Excellent flavor. The grilled Brussels sprouts were great as well. Even their unique cocktails were great. Nothing bad to say.

Eva is dedicated to and named after chef Charlie Perry's great grandmother. Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating. At Eva, our tapas style dining promotes a communal sense of enjoyment. We have an extensive and varied small plates menu, craft cocktails and hand picked wine list.
