Following a family reunion of sorts, we wanted a nice “farewell” lunch before heading our own ways. We found Bambara and loved our brunch. I highly recommend Bambara for food, excellent service and atmosphere.

Everything I tried here was great. Great appetizers, (did think they could do a nice bread or something though, instead of the homemade potato chips), great entrees and sides. This is a little on the higher side price wise for SLC, but I would definitely...More
went to a convention and between meetings we went there for lunch. The food was very good and the service was fast and always helpful. I love the salad and pasta.
Hello skash, Thank you for the review! Our location makes it easy to pop in between meetings, I am glad you took advantage! I hope you are able to join us for dinner sometime! Cheers! Nicole W.
We came to dinner at Bambara because it was easy (we stayed at the Hotel Monaco) and the reviews were good. The bone in cowboy cut pork chop was the special entree of the night. It was so flavorful and tender I couldn't stop eating...More
Hello Christina T, I am so glad you loved the special that night, we sold out! Thank you for taking the time to write a review, I will be sure to pass this on to the kitchen and Cal. Cheers! Nicole W.
Made reservations for our party of 6 and told them it was for a birthday. They printed out a special menu for us, very nice. Old fashioned cocktail was amazing. Starters were blue cheese potato chips, steamer clams and fried calamari and clams. All very...More
Hello B54Win, I am so glad you enjoyed your food and service with us! I hope the birthday boy enjoyed as well. Thanks for the shout out, I will be sure to pass this review onto the staff. Cheers! Nicole W.
Most restaurants were closing at 9 p.m. on a Tuesday night, and we were happy to find the good reviews for Bambara, which closed at 10. Service was good, though I sense the server wasn't delighted that we stayed until 10:15. Portions were right-sized, delicately...More

Whilst this is meant to be fine dining I felt rushed throughout the meal. The starters arrived before the wine and bread and although the starters were ok, they weren't special. We both had steak and chips and the steaks were cooked ok, but the...More
Hello EssexPianist, I am sorry about your experience with us, it sounds like we completely dropped the ball. I will be sure to share this with the team to learn from for future dining experiences. Your feedback is incredibly helpful, and again I am sorry...More
Food and service were top drawer (as usual)! When I need punctuality, and a sensitivity to the demands of a business schedule, Bambara always comes through. Reliably good.
Hi Dave S, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I appreciate your appreciation of our service, I will be sure to pass along to our staff. Cheers! Nicole W.
I am an ordinary Joe and this was a team dinner so I went along. The place is a little high-end but was frequented by many locals. Pricey for a normal Joe.
Hello BearBull99, Normal Joe deserves quality too! I am glad you got to join us and I hope you enjoyed your experience. Thanks for the review! Cheers! Nicole W.
Our first time in Utah after searching we came across Bambara! It was very clean and romantic. We were seated at our table and our waiter was very nice and the drinks were good! I ordered the Scottish Salmon and I am one that loves...More
