The Red Rock Brewery is a nice place to get a bite to eat and have a local brew. The parking can be a little tricky and very difficult if you're driving a large vehicle, but the food and service are very good. I highly recommend the chicken schnitzel. It's like breaded and backed chicken with a french onion soup... More

If you like beer this is the place for you. You can even get small samplers though unfortunately not a flight. I had several including the stout which had a unique almost sweet taste and my favorite the bitter. Main course was great though I would not say the same for calamari. Try other things which looked good on others... More

I think the title explains it all. The food tasted much like something that's been freeze dried and reheated in a microwave. I had the chicken Parmesan and was sadly disappointed. Very much like chili's or applebees, maybe they should try making their food from scratch. I'll stick to the yummy beer from now on.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and I apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. I would like to respond to a couple of points in your comments. Our kitchen prepares all of our menu items from scratch daily, and I assure you nothing here is freeze dried or cooked in the microwave. I... More

This restaurant was central to where my colleagues and I were staying so we decided to meet here. It was a great choice - the food was good and the atmosphere was fun (if a little loud). We waited about 20 minutes for a table on a Tuesday night, which wasn't horrible.

As a work group we went here. People were raving about how good it was. I had the burger which I wish I had seen was in a pita because I would not have gotten it. It was real dry and had to be disassembled to add the lettuce and tomato to it. It was ok but not worth the... More

I’m sorry the burger you ordered failed to meet your expectations, and I appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We consider the Red Rock Burger to be a signature item and have had it on the menu for over twenty years! It’s actually gathered quite the following of loyal customers who order it every time they come in, and... More

Been here a couple of times and it was delishous every time! My favorite was the steak sandwich, I could order that every time and be completely happy. I'm not a beer drinker but their mixed drinks were yum! The only downfall is the one I went to was attached to a big mall, and like any great place,it was... More

A good place downtown to get a beer and some food. The food here is delicious. The cracker of the day is always a good time. The soup and pasta was also tasty. The service is efficient and friendly. Worth stopping in if you are in the downtown area.

Met up with daughter & son-in-law for sandwiches. Getting seated took longer than necessary - 15 min wait for a table that was empty when we arrived. Great ambience & good service. Super fries, spaghetti squash & salads as sides. We'd go back.

We were seated promptly but it took a while for the waitress to arrive. Once she did, though, she was good. Our food was served promptly and was delicious. I had an outstanding salad with salmon and my son really enjoyed his burger and fries. This is a happening place - busy - obviously popular with the locals.

Nice open floor plan and was not too crowded or noisy at lunch for a meeting. Had the Amber Ale and trout, excellent. Will definitely be back to sample their other beers.

Twenty-Years of Delicious Food, Craft Beer, and Good Company!20-years ago we began brewing our distinctive craft beers in downtown Salt Lake City. That makes us one of the pioneers of Utah’s innovative craft beer culture. Although it’s never been our intent to be the biggest brewery in the West, with more than 75 gold, silver and bronze medals; there’s no doubt we’re one of the best.Red Rock Brewing Co. is just blocks away from all downtown hotels and the Salt Palace Convention Center. We’re the perfect stop for a business lunch, afternoon break, or a casual dinner with friends. Red Rock Brewing is family friendly and has a menu to suit every taste. Solo diners are always welcome! We have a diverse selection of craft beer on tap as well as six different high-gravity beers such as our top-selling Double IPA (8.5% ABV); Russian Imperial Stout (10.1% ABV); and our special Anniversary Imperial Red Ale (9.5% ABV)…all served in our big German style 500ml bottles.Come on by and see why the locals love Red Rock!
