This place can compete on the national circuit in terms of local breweries, just be aware of the lower alcohol content of everything on tap (4%) otherwise, try the Sweet Potato Cannelloni or the Flat Iron Steak. I've never been disappointed with my food choices here, and my only disappointing drinks have been based on preference, not the quality of... More

I've eaten here a couple times and have not had a bad experience with either food or service. This place is a great spot to have a good meal, drink some beers and relax with friends. It's a festive, comfortable establishment with friendly and efficient staff. I'd return without hesitation.

If your boss Or colleges come into town and you liked a place to show off Salt Lake style this is the place. With a huge number of pub brews and dinners that are fantastic you can't beat Red Rock. Service is always great with very knowledgeable staff. The roasted chicken is my favorite. The onions rings are a great... More

I stopped in at the Red Rock for a solo lunch while in Salt Lake on business. The décor is wide open and just what you expect for a brew pub. I enjoyed a delightful Cobb salad.

I had lunch here on a Tuesday while attending a convention nearby in Salt Lake City. The best part of the meal was, perhaps by design, the bottled beer which actually had normal alcohol content (unlike so much of the watered down stuff that is sold in the city). Mine was the Golden Halo Blonde Ale that was recommended for... More

The waitress said they didnt have that. I ordered a Margarita, the glass was full of ice and about 3 ozs. of drink. When we got... More

Came here because we could not get into Squatters (closed to public; hosting staff party) Any way it was excellent for food, beer and service! All around great!

Ate dinner at Red Rock while on recent business trip to SLC. Ate in bar area. Server was friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered horseradish potatoes (mashed potatoes with hint of horseradish), pork belly slider, and blistered shishito chile peppers. All tasted good - and the chiles were not really all that spicy. Had a couple of draft beers (apparently Utah limits... More

We stopped by for lunch and I was very satisfied with the experience. I got the roasted turkey sandwich on sourdough and it was delicious. Their fries are amazing as well. A couple coworkers got their homemade root beer and raved about that as well. The service was also good-out waitress was attentive and quick.

Description
Twenty-Years of Delicious Food, Craft Beer, and Good Company!20-years ago we began brewing our distinctive craft beers in downtown Salt Lake City. That makes us one of the pioneers of Utah’s innovative craft beer culture. Although it’s never been our intent to be the biggest brewery in the West, with more than 75 gold, silver and bronze medals; there’s no doubt we’re one of the best.Red Rock Brewing Co. is just blocks away from all downtown hotels and the Salt Palace Convention Center. We’re the perfect stop for a business lunch, afternoon break, or a casual dinner with friends. Red Rock Brewing is family friendly and has a menu to suit every taste. Solo diners are always welcome! We have a diverse selection of craft beer on tap as well as six different high-gravity beers such as our top-selling Double IPA (8.5% ABV); Russian Imperial Stout (10.1% ABV); and our special Anniversary Imperial Red Ale (9.5% ABV)…all served in our big German style 500ml bottles.Come on by and see why the locals love Red Rock!
