Stopped in for lunch with the wife. Another overlooked gem. Ordered the medium size guacamole and was not disappointed. The chalupas with ground beef were excellent. Wife had the taco salad also very good. Chips were crispy and fresh, The salsa had a pleasant bite, which is one of my measures of a Mexican food place. Service was very good... More

Have not been here in quiet a while. Things dont look too good. Walked in and waired and waited for someone to seat us. That didn't happen!! Several bus boys walking around not one bit interested in helping. The place is pretty run down. The booth seats are all torn up. Not near enough help. We only had a drink... More

My 1st choice when visiting C.C. Great food, good service. But Saturday night and with a host of events going on in town mgmt. failed! Failed to bring in extra staff, failed to reconize and be knowledgable of the events in town & how much it might effect their business. After a 45 min. wait for fish tacos (great) and... More

The place gets busy for lunch but the food is still good and came to the table hot. Other than the server being a bit non-attentive at times overall this was a good place to stop and get lunch.

My office often works through lunch so we get a lot of take out orders from various restaurants in the downtown area. Today, someone declared we should have a "Taco Tuesday". So a number of people in the office ordered from this restaurant. I ordered the crispy taco plate. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the to-go box prepared... More

There were 8 of us on a Sunday night and we got right in without a wait. I really didn't want Mexican but all of the other places we tried had long waits. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was better than average and the service was impeccable. Pretty good value for dinner plates.

The restaurant was empty and it was just us. Son spilled his drink on himself and waitress thought it was so funny took her to have me ask for napkins in order to get table cleaned. Good thing he spilt his drink cause the table wast cleaned anyways. My son's food was great and so was my daughters. Mine not... More

We were in Corpus this weekend for my grandsons 4th birthday. We had a very long day celebrating and then he wanted Mexican food for dinner. It was close to 9 when we arrived at the restaurant. The very nice hostess told us she would get us a table as quick as she could, they had a party of 20... More

I have been 3 times in the last two weeks. I went at lunch one day and it was very busy. The food also took a while to come out but it was delicious when it did and the service was great. I had the la reyna and we ordered queso as well. Their green salsa is amazing! I also... More

We decided to come here and grab some nachos and a couple of drinks before the Hooks game. The nachos were great, especially the beef fajita nachos and we were happy to see that our ticket was much less than we expected when she brought it. I guess we were there during happy hour! All-around good food, nice staff. Would... More
