Poor service to start, upset employees and the facility is filthy and messy. Manager is usually in back hanging out with some swathy looking character. Not to mention poor bagel selection and availability.

I grew up in a community(Shorewood, WI) where delies and homemade bagels stores were as common as fast food stores are today. We all knew which corner bagel stores carried the freshest, most flavorful bagles. Einsteins became one of them. In the ABQ area where I live now, there are not a lot of bagle stores around, however we were... More

The employees try very hard, this place is just very busy most of the time. Every bagel, juice, coffee I have ever had has been yummy. The pastries, not so fresh. The place can get dirty but it's such a nice location that I like going here.

I remember when Einstein's used to be really good. $2.79 for a bagel with The stingiest amount of cream cheese. Is there some kind of shortage? Much better off going to Smith's grocery and getting a bagel for $.33 and putting your own butter and/or cream cheese. Employees all very preoccupied. Not good service.

Usually, their bagels are OK. Not NY, but not bad either. This last time, pathetic. We got a 1/2 dozen and not a single bagel was shaped like, or tasted like a bagel. They were all puffy in the center, no hole and had a bread-like dough consistency. Someone had a bad day there.

Great bagels...average service. The bagels were great! Got the apple cinnamon shmear. Unfortunately when I went to take a sip of my chai latte, all I found was warm soy milk. Unfortunately we were already back on the road and heading up I-40. Come on people! Get it together! Disappointing!

We enjoyed our multi-grain bagel with lox and cream cheese this morning. The service was fast, people were friendly and there was a good selection on the menu. So, if you are in a hurry, don't want to shop for your breakfast, then this is a good place stop by and enjoy one of the tasty bagels from their big... More

I don't usually review chain restaurants but on this one I am making an exception. The food here is really good and fresh. The toasted bagels with a Schmear, yummmm. My only "complaint" is that it is so hard to choose just one bagel, they all are so good. Green chile is one of my very favorites and of course... More

My wife and I had stopped here for a quick breakfast. We had previously stopped at an Einstein Bagels in Florida and this one was just as nice. Every time we eat at one, we wish we had one back home. Great, quick service from a friendly staff. Tasty fresh bagels. I tried their squeezed orange juice and it was... More

I love bagels and these were the best I've had since my trip to New York. Thank you for bringing the flavor of new york bagels to us.
