I would NOT recommend The Cooperage to bar tend your event! They are rude, unprofessional, they lie, and scam people. They say one thing and do another. They were rude to my guests the whole time. Even cornered them for money to pay for champagne, which they didn't even bring. Didn't provide any receipt or documentation for any of the... More

The Cooperage Restaurant has been an Albuquerque institution for decades! American style food, steaks, some fish, burgers, sandwiches--but whenever I come to The Cooperage, it's always all about the extensive salad bar. Lots of fresh selections, and the soup is terrific too. Comfortable, mid-range spot, especially for lunch.

Three family members went to lunch at the Cooperage. Really enjoyed the salad bar. Lots of items to chose. The menu looked as well. The serve.was fast with little or not waiting.

Go hear about once a year. Not great food but consistent. Salad bar is great. Entrees especially steaks are average to good. Prices are reasonable and you will leave full. Décor could use a bit of a make over. They are in the entertainment book so you can buy 1 meal get one free which is a great value.

Sunday. We arrived very late at Albuquerque, and I wondered if we would be able to dine at the Cooperage one hour before closing. As we arrived the parking lot was almost empty and not well lit, neither was the restaurant. So I thought: closed. We stepped inside at 8pm. They are open until 9pm. In the first place I... More

Have been told this establishment has been around for ages. Well it proved to be true because the decor needed a little help. I was served a glass of wine in a dirty glass and the bartender had no idea how to make a Black and Tan for my husband. We were in a party of 20 and they only... More

enjoyed it immensely but the prices were a little on the high side - would recommend for a light dinner.

We went to see a show here and thought we might have a good time, but this place is the worst. Our waitress disappeared and it took almost 40 minutes to get our first drinks. She continued her absences though the evening, I have rarely seen service this poor. The salad bar is what you should stick with since the... More

The food here is passable. The service was excellent. The building needs a good cleaning. The salad bar is boring, with very little variety. This restaurant seems like it has seen better days.
