Joined a group of friends for Sunday brunch. The grounds were so unique and beautiful. Inside the fireplaces all lit and the food was great. Blueberry pecan pancakes excellent. Wait staff good a little overwhelmed with size of group but managed well.

Our friends who moved to the area recommended El Pinto as a "must stop" dining experience when in ABQ as they eat there two or three times a week. The restaurant did not disappoint. Excellent, cheerful service from Matthew and better than average local food....More

El Pinto is an exceptional dining experience! This restaurant was recommended by a "foodie" friend and it was even better than we expected. The haciendo like atmosphere and fabulous food made for a wonderful experience after a day of travel.

Chili was awful by NM standards. Really, could have had better tacos at Taco Bell. Do not get taco plate.

The ambiance, food, and service were all totally in excess of any expectations I had for this place. The layout is gorgeous, with an authentic hacienda feel to the grounds -- especially impressive is the chicken cam where you can monitor the source of their...More

We went on a Friday afternoon around 5pm without a reservation and we were a group of 8 people! I think calling ahead and asking is always wise! But no a reservation is not required!
