Went for dinner. We both had the 'spicy' lemon grass soup. It was OK although we did not touch the meat(too fat and the color was as, if it had been cooked for a couple of days). Service was friendly and fast

Our second to last stop (before Bahn Mi Coda) to get pho to bring home. No place like it where we live so we stock up. They pack the ingredients separately so when we get home, it will be easy to prepare. And even then, it is so good. Always stop here when in Albuquerque.

This is one of my wife's favorite restaurants. We love the spring rolls with peanut sauce. It's kind of hidden in the old grocery building behind the new oriental market, but it is nicer inside than it looks outside.

Excellent Pho soup. Served super fast and hot in the traditional manner. Didn't try anything else on this visit, as Pho was all we were looking for. We got in just before lunchtime and within 20 minutes, the place was completely packed - this is always a good sign! Service was wonderful as well!

Just what you expect for a Vietnamese restaurant. The food tasted good and the servings are huge especially their pho. Hubby ordered the smallest bowl for their pho and it's enough for him. We just can't believe people will order the large size just for him/herself but our server said that people do. If hubby and I ordered the large... More

I liked their 5" spring rolls better than their mini 3" fried egg rolls, though the rice wrapper was a little chewy ... Very fresh sprigs of mint and soy bean sprouts and good peanut sauce. Dining room was spacious with many tables on a tile floor ... Excellent variety of Vietnamese menu choices ... Service was quick and congenial.... More

Stopped into Cafe Trang for lunch with friends. Attentive staff, great flavors, extensive menu. I had chicken soup with rice noodles. Tasty and large portions. I will return to try more of the menu.

I had shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and beef lemon grass soup that came with pig knuckle. For beverage had hot green tea and water. The soup had indications on the menu that it would be spicy but not so much. Customer service could have used attention as I did not get a napkin and chopsticks would have helped... More

This is one of my favorite place to go for Pho in Albuquerque. Service is always top notch. Even if it is down Central Avenue this place if clean and very welcoming. I have been eating here for over 3 years now.

I have never tried pho and my husband has eaten it for years so he told we had to try this place so I trust his judgement and we went. The restaurant is a pretty good size I do not believe there were booths but I could be mistaken. We ordered the pho with steak it was good but I... More
