The food here is excellent; it is northern New Mexican but unusually prepared. That's the good part. The problem is (as many others have said on Tripadvisor) the service is horribly slow. I can't understand why; it is well staffed, but I have been here several times and it never seems to change. All I can say is come here... More

From checking in for a table onward people and food superb. Lots of interesting takes on dishes as well drinks. Quality, taste and presentation followed by great waiter, who had a thorough knowledge of all the dishes.

Shocked by how few take advantage of a great view of Albuquerque and good food- a calm atmosphere and very good, creamy vegetarian calabasitas! Very ggod calabasitas! My favorite! Come and see!

We made reservations and were promptly seated. However, we waited 45 minutes for our food and the order was wrong, so we didn't eat for an hour. And with enchiladas and tacos, it is hard to imagine waiting that long. And with young kids, it was excruciating. There were several families in the restaurant so they are clearly used to... More

We had just come down after our tram ride to the top and we were frozen. Hot chocolates all around but they could easily have provided hot toddies! Then we had a delicious dinner with huge portions. The shrimp tacos were awesome but all 4 of us enjoyed our meals. Ask for a window table if they have one. I... More

I love to dine at sunset with the amazing views at Sandiago's. Be sure to get a seat near the windows or if the temps are nice, sit on the patio!

I honestly think if you are looking for a full blown Mexican restaurant with lots of traditional fare, this is not the place to go. Menu is more eclectic and the choices reach beyond Mexican food. I had the Patty Melt with Caramelized onions and cheese. It was cooked EXACTLY how I had requested and was one of the best... More

After riding the tram, we were looking for a casual place to eat. Santiago's was the perfect place in a perfect location--the base of the tramway. The view looking out towards Albuquerque was lovely and our food was tasty. My husband and I ordered an assortment of soft tacos which were quite good. I asked for some decaf and they... More
