We had dinner at La Crêpe Michel on a cold evening. Our table next to the fire place was great. The staff were extremely attentive and very friendly. We tasted different wines before making up our mind and deciding for a bottle of Sancerre whose value for money was excellent. We had the mushroom crêpe and the goat cheese en... More

The Pros Excellent wait staff. Everyone seems to care about the customers. So often here in New Mexico or seems that the wait staff is blase. Like they are only doing their current job until something better comes along. Not so at La Crepe Michel. The wait staff obviously takes pride in their work. Larry is usually our waiter and... More

This little restaurant is authentic French as the owner and chef is from France. Food is incredibly delicious and very reasonably priced. I ate here twice in the 5 days I've been here!!

We just returned from living in France, and were excited to be able to go to a proper French restaurant, but the food was average and the service was poor. Our server was apparently "in training" as he did not know how to take care of us, had problems in bringing our wine to the table, had problems opening the... More

We kind of stumbled on this place since it's off the beaten path, but were pleasantly surprised. We dined on the small patio which was a nice atmosphere. The homemade bread given before the meal is delicious. We each had a different dish and everyone enjoyed their meal. This place is definitely a must try!!

Having been brought up in Europe - mainly in Paris - I had high expectations. Staying nearby on business, I had half a day on my own. I trotted to old town after having scoped out the choices for lunch. I visited the usual tourist traps and hunted down La crepe Michel. Wanting to sit outside but the patio full,... More

Nice to find a place serving something other than Mexican. Varied menu with many crepes and other things. My wife got a huge strawberry salad that she loved. Seating indoors or outside. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous staff. Reasonable prices.

Because nothing says "Old Town Albuquerque" like French cuisine... I was actually delighted and relieved to find a place that didn't put green chili peppers in everything! This gem of a find is tucked away in a quaint, little side street. The food and the service were superb! Such a welcome change from the Mexican food that 90% of the... More

Had dinner with my wife and an out of town guest. The food was very good. I had beef. Everyone else had a crepe. We drank a red french wine which was also very good. There were about three different rooms all of which were nice a cozy. The service was prompt and efficient and there was no rush to... More
