Typical high end restaurant experience. Overly dramatic yet sincere waiter, good food, pricey. They gave us a delicious free dessert.

Hi, my family and relatives will be going to Estes Park for New Year eve with friends. We are a group of 7 looking for a restaurant to have dinner before New Year. One of the group is vegetarian, not vegan, i.e. she eats food that contain eggs and milk. Is there a vegetarian option? What non vegetarian dishes would you recommend? How to go about making reservations for the group. Thank you in advance for any assistance you might be able to give me in making a selection.
