We stopped here for lunch. We ordered a Brisket Sandwich and Philly Cheese, both were vet flavorful. The BBQ sauce was really good . Nice atmosphere with historical memorabilia . Staff was very good as well.

My husband loved the yak burger with grilled onions so much, we had to go back a second time. I had the meatloaf which was dry, but the shrimp cigar apps were good. Second time around I had the nachos--- they are huge!

My family and I are in Estes Park a couple times a year. Each time we make a point of getting burgers at Grubsteak. Something about smelling the grill while walking along the creek sucks us in every time.

A decent sandwich for lunch. Our family selected 4 different burgers: yak, elk, bison, beef. All were good. The onion rings and dipping saucee were good. I would recommend for a good lunch.

We had a large group of 9 that the restaurant was able to easily accommodate. Everybody enjoyed their meal although it took quite sometime to get our meal. However, our server was very nice and checked on us frequently. Definitely worth checking out for a good meal.

From the moment we walked in we were treated with disrespect because we walked in with service dogs. I can understand when you don't know the ADA law ( you should when running a restaurant )but to treat us with the disrespect that we encountered was extremely unjust. The two of us with service dogs are disabled veteran, and both... More

My husband had the elk burger and I had the buffalo chili and a salad. The chili was good and spicy, but the burger left something more to be desired. The burger did not taste homemade, but rather similar to something that you could buy frozen at a big box store. The service was friendly enough, and the lunch prices... More
