This place the special Meatloaf was wonderful. The vegetable soup was great as well and the live music made the evening!

We always dine at Rock Inn at least once or twice during our annual visit to Estes Park. The food is good and we love the local entertainment several nights during each week.

We were staying in a rental cabin nearby and wanted to avoid traffic and parking in town, so we liked the reviews and menu here. It was very busy on a Sunday night and we waited 20 to 30 mins for a table. After we...More

Great local place. They have good local bands, usually bluegrass, folk, acoustic rock, Americana-type music most nights of the week. We had a great meal here before one of the bands went on. Our table had a little bit of everything, but I highly recommend...More

We love Rock Inn! When I asked my wife where she wanted to go for birthday this week it was a complete no-brainer - Rock Inn, all the way! The rustic log cabin environment shouts "Colorado" from the word go. We typically split a steak...More

Friendly staff and great food sum up Rock Inn. We waited about 20 minutes but didn't mind at all. This restaurant is just a happy place to be. My burger was great and my wife's chicken was as well. The desserts are amazing.

Great food and service. We had Salmon dinner and French dip sandwich. Very tasty. Will go back. You cannot make reservations but they will put you on a wait list.

We had a great meal here! We both had steak and they were super good! And it was such an interesting place to eat and the atmosphere was warm and inviting!

Historical, fun, live music, good food...don't miss out after a long day hiking in the park. Corn dip and blueberry local beer...amazing!

Try their Devils on Horseback for an appetizer along with a 1554 beer (our favorite). Food is good. Only complaint is you can't hear to talk to friends, especially with a band or singer performing. Still love going there but look for a quiet table.

Although we have eaten at the Rock Inn many, many times, I have never seen a group of 20 accommodated. You see, the Rock Inn is basically one very large room and an outdoor patio. The largest group I've seen is probably... More

Open 7 days a week at 4pm Sunday Mornings we are serving Brunch from 10am to 2pm Built in 1937as a dance hall for the Big Band Era, The Rock continues to be a lively gathering place with local flair. In the winter, our two wood-burning stoves keep the room toasty for folks stopping in for a beer or a bite after playing in Rocky Mountain National Park. During the summer season we enjoy stunning continental divide views from our outdoor dining patio. Our menu is an ever evolving blend of hand-crafted, hearty comfort food with a health and planet conscious twist. We aim to fill you up with goodness so you can get back to enjoying the mountains again tomorrow. We feature Certified Angus Beef, All-Natural Colorado chicken, fresh salads, whole grains, organic teas and coffees, local beers, sustainably produced wines, and a full bar. On Many Fridays after dinner, we set-up one of many original Colorado bands on our 76 year old stage, clear the dance floor and boogie all night. Some of the bands playing these days include Chain Station, James and the Devil, Old Town Pickers, The Sweet Lillies, Stringboard Theory, Cadillac Grip Funk, KC Groves, and many more. During the summer time, acoustic music acts play most other nights of the week, sunday nights are a mellower feeling as we host acoustic Colorado songwriters during dinner. You might catch Jon Pickett, Alex Thoele, Sarah Caton, Jay Roemer, Billy Shaddox, Jay Stott, or Terry Kishiyama and Ash Ganley. We also offer a great open bluegrass pick on Thursday nights lead by a few talented local musicians, either joining in on the pick or just sitting back and enjoying the bluegrass, tuesdays are a funny night of music. We look forward to having you join us. Reservations are not accepted, however if you want to give us a call, when you are on your way we will be happy to get a table ready for you or put you on the list. During the off-season there is rarely a wait. In July, August, and September it is best to get here before 6.
