The food was fresh and delicious. Best Guac I have had in a long time. I usually don't like to eat at the same place more than once on vacation in order to get a broader experience of the city, but I had to come back here! Staff was really fantastic as well.

Good atmosphere, delicious food and fabulous margarita! Prices were very reasonable and the employees were really good. A great Mexican restaurant.

I speak Spanish and Portuguese and obviously have eaten at restaurants in various countries including Mexico. The first thing I noticed here is the that the atmosphere is authentic. I am talking about the neighborhood restaurants in these countries not the Americanized ones in the tourist areas. So, the atmosphere is the kind you seek off the beaten track when... More

This is a few steps up from standard Mexican food, with possibilities like braised goat (which was really delicious). Very informal, casual-friendly atmosphere. I'd go again.

Having just flown in from Chicago for a day trip in Providence it was a welcomed sight to see a Mexican restaurant in downtown steps away from my hotel. I dined in for lunch and ordered the flauta dish which consisted of two generously portioned flautas loaded with guac, shredded lettuce, and sour cream. I was given two salas to... More

Strolling along Washington St., we decided to give Viva Mexico a try. Pleasantly surprised by the enchiladas mole, along with a starter of guacamole and chips. Food was quite good and service was pleasant, too. Try the Pancho Villa Margarita to complement the food.

We visited this place before noon time for brunch. The place was clean and the service was good. Serving size was generous (for me) since I'm tiny. Lol I had a descent experience. Def will come back.

Had tacos and tamales after a concert next door. The food was delicious, service was fast and friendly. With beers the total was less than $30, totally worth it.
