Had dinner and drinks with friends. At first look, I was disappointed with limited choice in entree selection and that the chef wouldn't substitute/change anything but I guess you can't mess with perfection because my meal was so so delicious! Perfectly cooked and prepared. All 6 of us felt the same way. My only criticism is that the place is... More

Loie Fuller was recommended to us by a friend. We called for a reservation, but they indicated they did not take reservations, but if we came at 6 we would have no problem. They were correct. We arrived at 6 and got a table right next to the fireplace. It is a small place, lovely decorations, interesting history of the... More

My friends go to Lois Fuller for what they call "Muscles Monday". There is a great price of $5 on their muscles entree. You cannot beat the price! Since I do not eat muscles I had a wine and an appetizer that was different, fried polenta. The aioli dipping sauce that was served with app was very tasty. The restaurant... More

I had been to Loie Fullers twice and enjoyed it, so with a special evening in mind for my wife and daughter, I called to see about a reservation for a third visit. I was informed that the restaurant did not take reservations but that, since we were just a party of three, there would be no problem getting a... More

What an absolutely wonderful restaurant, or “neighborhood bistro” as they call it. The interior is a perfect replica of an art nouveau French bistro complete with hand painted wall. The museum is small, but the food while not purely French packs a punch. I had the fired chicken and it was like no other. Crispy outside, fork tender inside, and... More

While the menu is limited it provides a choice for everyone. The entrees we had were wonderful, imaginative from the tomato and cheese tart served with the fish entree to my wife's risotto with a wonderful sauce. We broke tradition and ordered desert..creme brulee and beignets w/blueberry compote. Again out of this world. The prices were moderate and with wine... More

My wife and I had an exceptional dining experience here. The server was very friendly and helpful, giving beer samples and wine samples available before choosing. She actually recommended a German beer on draft that was excellent. The interior is visually stunning. The food is incredible. We had a little neck with sauteed kale in a white broth that was... Loie Fuller is off the beaten path, but well worth the trip! The Belle Époque decor is stunning with gorgeous murals and intricate tile designs on the floor. We enjoyed the mussels frite, scallop appetizer and sautéed spinach. All were scrumptious! Many locals dine here, which we always take as a successful sign of a restaurant. We shared the pot... Loi Fuller has the most interesting decor, Gay Nineties Paris-very well done. Small bar off the dining room. Average offering of beers and cocktails. We went for the mueles frites - mussels and fries. On Mondays they are half price ($6). The dish is outstanding. You want to drink the broth after eating the fries and mussels. One order is... More

We were seated next to a fireplace with a lovely (gas fueled ) fire. We had 5 people in our party- each ordered a different meal. All meals were great. We shared polenta fries and cheese board for appetizer. The food was great but the decor is amazing! Mosaic panels on the floors, murals and wood on the walls all... More
