This was our second visit to Cafe a la C'art, our first being 4 years ago when we barely arrived before luncheon closing, and it was every bit as good as the first time with the added advantage of having time to enjoy. We ate outside on a lovely day and that only added to the enjoyment of an excellent... More

Here is this little restaurant next to the Tucson Art Museum that is wonderful. We first ate there while visiting the museum and went back for again for lunch, carry out dessert, and dinner. The three berry cake is very, very, good. Prices are reasonable. You order at the counter then they bring your food. Good coffee too!!! I also... More

Met some friends for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The menu was clever with great combinations of flavors. The sandwiches were fresh with interesting ingredients, hearty yet not too filling. Also, the iced tea was very fresh and plentiful. Then what was bittersweet? The fact that it is in the former place of Janos Restaurant, my all time favorite. The... More

The quality of the food and desserts is first rate. We were a party of 16; all of the entrees were ordered. Everyone was pleased with with their choice. The same was true of the desserts. Our waitress Janet was attentive and provided excellent service. My rating of four stars rather than five stars is because of the volume of... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. There is never a wait, the food is fresh, plentiful, creative, beautifully presented and delicious. The daily handmade lemonades infused with different things daily from lavender to pineapple is always refreshing. And not to be missed after the meal are the amazing handmade and beautifully displayed desserts of every shape and... More

I have enjoyed lunch here many times but food and service was just awful during dinner on a Wednesday evening. Two for one taco special...tortillas were burned, chicken was so dry, margaritas were weak, and service was negligent. Such a disappointment won't be back for dinner again.

I wanted a break for dinner on my drive from Phoenix to Sierra Vista, and I picked the perfect place. I was seated immediately on the patio (my preference when they asked), and what a lovely space! Happy hour had $5 appetizers, so I got the Mediterranean plate. Delicious! Garlic hummus with raw veggies, pita bread (so soft!), marinated artichoke... More

Enjoy a meal surrounded by beautiful Tucson Art & in a Historical building. Has several small rooms with 5 tables & very large patio. Space leased by Museum next door & decorated with great art pieces from the Museum. Fabulous decor & service makes up for the limited menu.

Delicious and healthy salads and sandwiches. The desserts are unique and to die for. There is also a nice patio. Service is fairly quick. It is located in one of the oldest historic homes in Tucson. The Tucson Museum of Art and other historic downtown buildings are nearby within a short walk. Judy, the charming owner, runs around to make... More

Busy place but servers manage to get people in and out. Order food at the front and server will bring to you. Nice menu with fresh and delicious local food. Quaint building on the grounds of the art museum. Enjoyed!
