Waited outside till the four of us could get a table. Busy busy place, took about 5-10 minutes. The place is tight. Had a great server, our order was taken and the food came out quick, was all fresh and good! Coffee was good and our cups never got empty. It is not a fancy place nor is it big... More

Awesome experience. We had to find a place on the fly when our hotel had ran out of free breakfast. The food here was awesome, affordable and the service was great!

Stopped for breakfast the other day because local "cafe's" are usually pretty good. A little disappointed in this place. The service was friendly and fast but the food was nondescript. Not a lot of flavor in anything and I had eggs, ham, sour dough toast and hash browns. Cheap eats, so maybe that is why.

Good basic home cooked food. Prices are reasonable and servings are generous. Open for breakfast and lunch.

Don't let the outside bared up windows stop you from stopping in for breakfast. Although the outside is dated the inside, well is dated as well but was very clean. The service was very friendly and it just had that old time diner feel that we look for. The breakfast was very good ( had the CFS and was really... More

I go to the Ajo Café approximately 4 times a year. I would go more, but with sharing my time between California and Arizona, I just don't have the time. In addition, if I went more often, I'd probably need to try something other than the 'Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs'. Their 'CFS' is one of the tastiest and tender,... More

Only been there for breakfast. It is locally owned and operated, a favorite of many area workers. Clean facility, friendly service, food is good. It is not high end but it will definitely get you down the road.

You have to appreciate what you are getting into when you eat here. This is not a fancy restaurant by any stretch. You will be eating next to a wide variety of folks, from mechanics to farmers to retired old guys who know what breakfast is all about, to beaders. The ladies who serve here are sweet, but no nonsense... More
