The food was okay but nothing special just something to put in your belly before you start your day.

Good food for a great price. Nice greater, great service. Calming environment. Family oriented. Best of all save money on breakfast for five. Charged for children according to age, fixed adult rate.

Scrambled eggs, toast, pancakes, cereal, fruit, granola. The coffee was all right, not great. The buffet was $10/person for an adult. Conveniently located within El Tropicano hotel, so that's why I ate there. If you're not staying at the hotel - not worth the trek.

Mango'sits inside the el Tropicana hotel, and it has a weathered, but quaint appeal. The food is good, but the service is better I felt very comfortable, and well taken care of! Truthfully, I thought I was in a hotel on Miami Beach. If I were staying at hotel, I would eat there, otherwise, I would really have to think... More

Food was often cold or luke warm; A bit pricey for breakfast by San Antonio standards at about $12 plus tip; some items tasted like they were right out of a package. Biscuits were cold both times i tried them, otherwise it was OK.

Stayed in hotel, no lunch or dinner service. Lack of other establishments in area. Had to travel by car to eating establishments which was a hassle.

Too little fruit (only 3 to choose from), scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, rice, chilaquiles and salsa, biscuits and gravy. Watery coffee.

We had a buffet lunch there. There were a couple of types of pasta. All had some spots of hard pasta where it had sat on the serving table over heat for too long. It was very mediocre food. I wouldn't eat there again, at least not for lunch.

Even though I did not eat here, the staff were kind to tell me what the menu was like. I was kind of hoping my friends would join me so we could eat together but we were time-barred by the the time they arrived. The staff were willing to accommodate us whatever our breakfast needs were. May be next time... More

Only $10 for a hot breakfast without having to leave the hotel. They had eggs (which I thought were yummy) bacon, hash browns and/or fried potatoes, toast, pancakes, nachos, biscuits and gravy as well as yogurt, fresh fruit, cold cereal and hot oatmeal. It also included coffee, hot chocolate (the weather was cold when we stayed!) milk and juice. I... More
